The house was great, lots of room for everyone, comfy bedding and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed lounging by the fireplace and hot tub. Shelly was super helpful recommending local eats and skiing and was great to work with. Would highly recommend this property!
This house was Beautiful. Very comfortable and welcoming. Stocked with everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of the best home layouts I have had when doing large group stays. Room, bed and bathroom situation is on point. Thank you again, Shelly

Edward and his group were really great guess. They took great care of the house, and even took the garbage cans out for me. I would welcome them back anytime.
David and his group were an absolute pleasure to host! Communication was excellent. They went above and beyond by washing all the towels before checkout, which was such a thoughtful touch. I truly appreciate their respect for the space and would welcome them back anytime.
This house had everything that you need. The host really has put thought into prepping this house. Nice decor but even thought that it does not take up too much room. The AC broke but the owner had someone out that day for a repair. Nice stay.

Melissa and her group treated the house with care, followed the house rules. Communication was smooth and timely throughout the entire stay. I would gladly host them again.
Highly recommend this fabulous house. Great set-up and location for our 2 families for a ski trip where we wanted to bounce around to many mountains. Kitchen outfitted wonderfully for our cooking nights, and we appreciated the organized garage (with boot heaters!) for our gear.

Liz was an absolute pleasure to host! They were excellent communicators, respectful of house rules, and left the property in fantastic condition. It’s always a joy to host guests who treat the space with such care. I’d happily welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!”
House has a great location, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and everything you would need as a base for a ski trip. It was perfect for our group and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for something close to the Cottonwood Canyons.
The host Shelley has a beautiful home perfect for our group, 2 families with adult children and SOs. Shelley quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Convenient to both Cottonwood canyons. Real fun place.
Had a group of a dozen friends and we had an awesome time here, check in and check out were easy, property is amazing with a fun downstairs game room and an outdoor hot tub. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking dinners. Garage is set up for storing ski equipment and even comes with a wall of boot warmers. Would highly recommend
This house was wonderful for our ski vacation to Alta and other resorts. The garage accomidated all of our equipment and the house was big enough to host our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for hungry teens and it was nice that there was plenty of scoops/tools/utensiles. There are some hiking trails nearby and it was only 20 mins to Little Cottonwood Canyon.
I would definatly recommend to families.
Excellent property and location. Host is local and super helpful.
Shelly's house is amazing, very spacious, great for a family or two and lots to do for the kids in the game/tv room. House is organized so well especially in the kitchen. Hot tub was awesome. We did not use the firepit but Shelly showed us how to use it when we arrived. Loved the boot warmers in the garage, nice touch. I would come back every year for sure.

Andrew and his family/friends were wonderful. They took great care of the house. Absolutely no problems.
We stayed in this home in April 2024, a portion of a high school archery team in town for a competition. We had nothing short of an absolute fantastic time. Sandy was the perfect host -- great on communication whenever we needed anything. She also allowed us to host our team dinner in the house, which was a BIG ask, and we really appreciated it. The house was exactly as advertised, with the exact sleeping arrangements we expected. The kids loved the hot tub and the game/movie room.
Thanks for the stay! We would definitely stay at Sandy's place again.
Lied about extra cleaning when my family took two whole hours to make sure the property was left spotless.
Said she kept my whole deposit because family members stayed longer than two hours.
Lied about neighbors complaining of noise when we were not loud at all or authorities would’ve came.
Beautiful home - management was watching the cameras while we stayed there. There’s no rule about being in the hot tub at 2 in the morning.

You were only at my house for 2 nights. Yet you left the hot tub looking like toilet water brown and green. What could have possible happened in the hot tub? When I asked you, you said "I have no idea". The company that takes care of my hot tub told me that it had to be drained and a new filter put in. It cost $150 which I charged you. You received the rest of your deposit thru Vrbo.
Check out time is 11:00 AM as stated in your contract. You didn't ask me if it was ok for a late check out. I had the cleaning crew scheduled to come in. There was no extra charge.
I never said that the neighbors complained.
The only camera is on the doorbell. And management was not watching!
You are right, I do not say that you cannot be in the hot tub at 2:00 AM. However, my house rules say that the home is in a private neighborhood and to please be respectful.
We are a high school basketball team from California that has traveled many years to many states for tournaments. This home is truly beautiful and very spacious. We had 15 kids and we are always looking for a big enough house to rent. Shelly is an awesome host and her home was perfect for us. Not only does it have every amenity you need, the kitchen is well supplied for group living. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood close to the mountains. It is far enough to get away from the noise and crowds, yet close enough to get to stores for supplies. The house is so spacious, everyone had their own space. The house has 3 levels, the main level has all the common spaces, kitchen, office, dining room, living room, and sitting room and 1/2 bath. The upper level has 4 bedrooms (which includes the master BDR and ensuite w/tub and separate shower) and 1 hallway bathroom. The lower level has a game room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. All 13 beds had comfortable mattresses and fluffy pillows. Occasionally, while drinking my morning coffee while looking out onto the beautiful backyard, I would find a deer and her baby enjoying the tranquility of the quietness of the garden. I have never been that close to a deer. That right there is bea'utah'tiful. Thank you Shelly for the wonderful experience of our team's first time to Utah. We had the best time and your home made it easy to rest and relax after the long days of playing basketball. We appreciate you!

Communication was smooth and prompt, making the entire process hassle-free. I would graciously welcome them back anytime. Highly recommended.
