We are located 5 miles from the entrance to Little cottonwood canyon leading to Brighton and Solitude ski resorts, 7 miles to the entrance of Big Cottonwood canyon, for access to the Solitude and Alta ski resorts and 15 miles from the entrance to Parleys Canyon which is a straight shot up the freeway to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts.

Our home is not only ideally located to get up to the slopes, it is is the perfect place to come back to for rest and relaxation after that long day.. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac on a large semi wooded lot at the base of the Wasatch Mountain range, our home has both beautiful mountain views and city overlooks and is peaceful and quiet enough for the resident deer population to luckily share our spacious yard with us.

Sore muscles? Relax in our 8 person hot tub with a variety individual therapeutic jet packs. Hungry? Sit out on our beautiful brand new deck and enjoy the sunset while BBQing on our 2 gas grills or cook inside for everyone on the stoves upstairs and downstairs or just play a game of pool on our regulation 8 foot pool table while watching TV. We have you covered from location to the slopes to when you return.

YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME:
Our spacious 6 bedroom home easily accommodates 18 or more guests and comes fully supplied so you don't have to worry about anything except relaxing. Bathrooms in the morning are not a problem, guests love and appreciate the 4.5 baths (5 bathrooms with vanities and mirrors), an essential when a houseful of friends and family are all trying to get ready in the morning to head out for the day. :)

When you come to stay at our spacious home you will have nothing to worry about. We want guests to arrive and be able to relax so we provide everything for you that you need in the home (except for your food of course).. We know no one wants to worry about arriving at a vacation home and having to turn around and go back out for supplies so we provide you with all the essentials you need in the home.

There are of course plenty of linens and pillows for all beds. All bathrooms are supplied with bath and hand towels, washcloths, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, bars lotion, Q-tips, cotton balls, hairdryers etc (and there are always plenty more clean towels for you in the closet)

Both kitchens are fully stocked with plates, silverware, and cooking utensils, the upstairs pantry is filled with small appliances from waffle makers and griddles to mixers and tea kettles, but we also thought of the little things like paper towels, sponges, dishwashing soap for the dishwashers as well as soap, dish rags and hand towels for hand washing. We even supply laundry soap and fabric softener for your use in the 2 laundry rooms. So just bring yourself, settle in and enjoy your retreat.

The home is ideally located for both pleasure and business. Within minutes of the freeway system, you have easy 215-30 minute access to 6 world class ski resorts, offering a multitude of winter activities as well 20 minutes to the downtown area and its convention centers, theatre, orchestra, sporting arenas and fine dining.
Whether you are here for pleasure or business, our home is the perfect place to come back too for rest and relaxation.

We are only a few minute walk from a quiet stroll in Dimple Dell Regional Park, a 630 wooded oasis full of hiking and horse trails. as well as a few minute drive to restaurants and other areas of interest such as The Living Aquarium, Rio Tinto Soccer stadium, Southtown Convention to name a few.

So, whether you just need a quiet place to get away from it all and enjoy the outdoors or need a place to relax after a long day at the convention we have the perfect home and location for you to spend your time in the Salt Lake area.

MORE ABOUT THE HOME AND AMENITIES:
Our home has all the amenities. This spacious rambler has 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 dining and living rooms, 2 laundry rooms, 7 TV’s, an 8 ft pool table, 2 fireplaces, and a new 8 person hot tub. The house has 2 levels and easily sleeps 18 or more people.
Each level has its own fully furnished kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry facility. The upstairs has been recently remodeled and updated from the solid oak hardwood floors to the beautiful large crown-molding on the ceiling.

The upstairs living space is an open floor plan and contains a large spacious kitchen and island with beautiful granite countertops. The dining area and dining room table, which seats 12 people, adjoins both the living room and kitchen. The kitchen has an island with barstools with additional seating as well, so everyone can easily join for meals or social time. If you decide to stay home and cook your own meals you need nothing except your own food. Both kitchens are stocked with everything you will need to cook your own meals. We have a multitude of small appliances in our pantry including crock pots, waffle makers, rice cookers, griddles, blenders, coffee pots and tea kettles to name a few. We have all the essentials for cooking, pots and pans, serving platters, colanders. mixing bowls spatulas and even the spices to help you prepare the meals.

If it's a beautiful day and you want to cook out you can go out to the deck and relax on the patio furniture with a gorgeous view of the city while and fire up the BBQ grills. We have plenty of room for lots of food on both our propane BBQ grills.

The upstairs master bedroom is expansive. It has a cozy king bed, 55 inch TV, oversized walk-in closet and its own updated 2 vanity, 2 sink bathroom and shower. The upstairs contains one other bedroom with queen bed, one full bathroom and another half bath, both newly updated, as well as laundry room with modern appliances

The downstairs living has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, another full kitchen, completely stocked, recreation room, small dining area and another laundry room. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second and third have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds with full mattresses, both top and bottom. There are 2 bathrooms, one full and one three quarter bath.

For recreation we have plenty of ways you can sit back and relax. You can watch any one of our 7 flat screen TV’s (2- 65” 1-55”, 2-43” and 2-40”). Both the upstairs and downstairs living areas each have their own 65 inch UHD 4K TV’s for family movie watching or your favorite sports channel. In addition, for more quiet time or to watch your own show, you can retreat to any of the 5 bedrooms, each of which have their own separate TV’s as well
