WELCOME TO CASA HANNA
A modern 4-bedroom villa located in Senderos, a gated community near Tamarindo on Costa Rica's Guanacaste coast. Built for families and groups who want plenty of space to spread out and a place to gather—with the privacy and security of a gated home.

THE VILLA
Four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread across two levels, sleeping eleven in full-size beds. Two king-size master suites are located on separate floors, each with its own bathroom—ideal when two or three families travel together and everyone wants their own space. A third bedroom features a queen-size bed and a single bed, and a family room has two queen-size beds. The open-concept living and dining areas flow into a fully equipped kitchen, with a separate powder room for common areas.

OUTDOOR LIVING
A large private pool anchors the back of the house, and the open kitchen opens onto a BBQ terrace designed for long, leisurely dinners. Outdoor dining and lounge space for the whole group.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Senderos is a quiet, gated community a short distance from Tamarindo — the liveliest beach town on this coast, with the area’s best selection of restaurants, cafés, and bars, surf for every skill level, and sunsets on the sand. The AutoMercado supermarket is nearby, making it easy to cook for a group. You can walk to the beach and town; a car or golf cart is the easiest way to make the most of the area. Beyond Tamarindo: Playa Grande and the Las Baulas turtle reserve, the surf at Avellanas, and quiet Playa Langosta, all just a short drive away.
