The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.


BEACH ACCESS

You have several beach access points from this location however across the street from the gated community that includes Casa Puros Dieces, is Pangas Restaurant, a delightful Guanacaste fusion bar/restaurant set in the sand where the estuary meets the ocean. You can access the beach from here during working hours and make this your starting point for walks along the beach into the town of Tamarindo where you will experience the energy of this lively beach town.


SUITABLE FOR WEDDINGS OR SPECIAL EVENTS

All events must be pre-approved, please speak to us about having your destination wedding or special event at Casa Puros Dieces.
Along with your rental, we provide complimentary concierge service, two full-time housekeepers (Except Sundays and Holidays) to keep the house clean and tidy during your stay, and a full-time caretaker for maintenance. Your Guest Coordinator will be also available to address any issues that may arise during your stay.


LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS:

• It's 0.2 miles (450mts) to the beach
• A short 10-minute drive from the Tamarindo Airport
• 1h drive from the Liberia International Airport
• Please allow us to recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle during your stay. The road up the hill from the beach is not paved and can be tricky to navigate, especially in the rainy season.
• Tamarindo is a vibrant town full of a fascinating mix of shops and more restaurants than you'll have time to try. You can try out the unique local cuisine, enjoy fine dining, catch live music, browse Tamarindo's boutiques, go dancing, and have fun in some of the local bars and clubs. Tamarindo is a top-of-the-list surfing destination as well as a center of eco-tourism.
