This fully tiled 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located on the Gulf Side of the Palm Bay Tower. This unit comfortably sleeps six adults. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and is equipped with a large 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service, with an additional bathroom. The open kitchen, dining room and large living room area offers all the amenities needed for entertaining with family and friends which includes a large 65" flat screen TV with HD service as well. The best part of this condo is the beautiful panoramic views of the beach during the day and the most spectacular sunset you will ever see! The balcony has been incorporated into the living room to afford more space. Pack your bags and head to your home away from home in Siesta Key. We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
