This condo is a Club Suite Corner unit which offers a well, naturally lit, spacious 1,305 square feet and is situated on the 3rd floor. #175 comfortably sleeps a maximum of six to comply with Sarasota County Fire Code. | The Master Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen size beds with a 40" flat screen TV and is complete with a walk-in shower and is also equipped with a shower grab bar. | The Guest Bedroom is furnished with 1 King size bed with a 32" flat screen HD TV and has a shower/tub combo in its guest bathroom. | The living room is equipped with a large 65" flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. | Both bathrooms were just newly remodeled with brand new granite counter tops! | The kitchen is also fully remodeled with granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances.
