Ground-floor corner apartment, bright on two sides, just 70m from La Puntica beach, with the marina, shops and chiringuitos close enough that the car can stay parked most of the trip. It sleeps six across two bedrooms (a king with a ceiling fan, plus bunks the kids usually claim) and a sofa bed, no stairs to manage on arrival. The kitchen is a real one, AC and heating cover either season, smart TV with Netflix and WiFi that holds up if you have to work. Free parking close by, shops 30m away.
