Duplex two levels, overlooking the Mar Menor and seafront with direct access from the development to the Mar Menor, Mediterranean Sea less than five minutes walk, with a nice, wide beach. It has garage in basement, very spacious for two cars, pool and common areas for 24 neighbors, with individual entry per household. Alicante International Airport less than an hour. Train station within 30 minutes Cartagena. Alicante International Airport less than an hour away by motorway. It has three golf courses with 18 holes to fifteen minutes, sailing on the beach. Marina Tomas Maestre ten minutes, you can enjoy boating in a group, you also have the possibility to rent your own boat. Diving club on prestigious Cape Palos fifteen minutes where you can enjoy one of the most important marine reserves in Spain. Mijn ervaring

Een perfecte plaats om uit te rusten, van stilte te genieten en zich opladen.Zeer goede locatie, aan de ene kant is de Middellandse Zee en aan de andere kant de Mar Menor, een grote lagune. Een ruime appartement, met 2 balkons en schitterend uitzicht naar de meer. Proper en verzorgd, eigen ingang, garage en gemeenschappelijke zwembad. Een uitstekende plaats tot rust te komen.
