Luxury Ski House, Hot Tub, Fire pit, Basketball Court, Excellent Beds & Linens.

No cleaning fees! Visitors love our comfortable beds. Covered backyard patio with Hot Tub, Traeger Smoker Grill and Gas BBQ.  Gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with spices, oils and baking supplies.  2 ovens, large island, 6 burner gas cooktop.   2 Dining Tables,  Large Family Room.  Hot tub on back patio, landscaped & fenced backyard, sports court with basketball hoop & pickle ball net. Fire pit with 10 outdoor chairs. Great for winter and summer visits to Utah.

SKIERS & SNOWBOARDERS: Great location near skiing at Alta & Snowbird Resorts (Brighton & Solitude are close as well).  11 min to the park and ride in little Cottonwood Canyon canyon ( the one in the actual canyon). From there it is 12 min to snowbird. 18 min to Alta. -It is 7 minutes  to the 9400 S. 2000 E. Park and Ride bus stop I recommend taking the bus from here up the canyon. -15 min to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7-11 & Porcupine Pub). 

Grocery shopping, fantastic Indian, Mexican & Italian Restaurants and bars nearby.  Close to Starbucks & a local coffee shop. 6 minutes to Trader Joes.   Lots of activities within couple minutes drive, Movie Theater, Go Cart Racing, Bowling Alley, Living Planet Aquarium, South Towne Mall and  Expo Center, Mini Golf, Airborne Trampoline Center, 15 minutes to The Salt Lake County Equestrian Park, 2 Minutes to the Dimple Dell Regional Park.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave key in keybox and garage door openers in house.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$170 pet fee is for 1 dog up to 7 nights 8+ nights there is a $25 per night fee for first dog. Dog 2 is $25 per night every night of the stay.

WONDERFUL house! We two families sharing the space and it worked out perfect! The kitchen was stocked…double ovens and even a wine fridge! We utilized the outside space with the kids and the hot tub was much needed after skiing. The house js centrally located for skiing, restaurants,Target order, and evening activities. Without a doubt, when we come back to ski, we will rent this house again. We are a VRBO family and this house and host, by far, has been one of our favorite places to stay!

Truly felt like home! we have a large family and usually spend holidays all together at our house. We really appreciated the large welcoming space in the kitchen and family room as well as the proximity to fun things to do. we've stayed many home rentals over the years and I can say without a doubt this was the best appointed... it was stocked with spices and condiments...all the things that you need if you're going to have a home meal.

This house is beautiful and perfect for our family! We rent it every time we are in Sandy. Emmy is very responsive. The house is clean, comfortable, and has really good beds. Also, the host thought of everything. There is an extension cord next to the bed so you can plug in your sleep sound/cpap whatever you need. The only challenge I can even think of is that the front light shines in the master bedroom if you don't shut it off. Flipped the switch and everything was perfect.Thanks Emmy! We will be back.
