Great location. Loved the view. The condo was spacious and had everything you need while on vacation. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Kit’s place and they had everything we could possibly need especially for the kids. It was a great little get away and we had come to do the Little Toot dolphin tour which was awesome too so our little birthday trip for our grandson was successful all around. We would definitely come back for another stay.

The property was just as described in the listing. The owners were very easy to work with and replied quickly to any questions. The location was fabulous. We were able to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There were lots of restaurants nearby and a Publix within 1.5 miles. You also can walk to Pier 60 which was fun in the evening for sunsets, entertainment and vendors. The beach gear provided was so helpful. It was a great place to stay.

Wow! This place is amazing. Super clean, so many amenities, gorgeous view of the harbor. Loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. Quick walk to the beach and the condo even has a wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, towels too! Super responsive hosts. Would love to book again.

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was very clean, plenty of space as well. Short walk to the beach or to any restaurants. The chair/table combos on the outside patio area were excellent to enjoy the canal. Clearwater Beach has become a VERY busy place and this condo gets you back out of all the extreme crowds.

This was a great place to stay. Close to absolutely everything. We did not have a car but we could walk to everything. The view from the patio was breathtaking. Overlooking the harbor was absolutely beautiful. We saw dolphins every morning. The owners were great to work with. Definitely would stay there again.

Walking into an immaculate place was one of the things I was hoping for on our quick getaway, and this place absolutely delivered!On top of that, everything was within walking distance, and the hosts provided everything we could possibly need for the beach. They even had a cooler available for us to use, which was such a thoughtful touch!The space was clean, fresh, beautifully updated, and had gorgeous views of the dock. Some days, we just wanted to stay in and soak up the sun, and the space made that so easy and enjoyable.Our hosts were incredibly attentive and checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was good. They clearly put a lot of thought and attention into the little details, and I especially loved the treats and wine they left for us as a welcome gift. It was such a sweet gesture and genuinely made us feel welcomed and like they were happy to have us.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this place!
