HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, April, June, July to Mid-August. One week minimum stay. Rest of the year 5 night minimum, except holidays. Holidays are a 7-day minimum; Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, and 4th of July.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

No Fishing Off the Docks.

No Parties.

No Trailers.

Perfect area for us, it was quiet and relaxing. Condo, pool and hot tub were clean and everything looked like the pics online. Don't know what it's like on the weekends in this area, we were there from Wed-Sat.

Even better than the pictures

We were truly astonished at the size of this place, it is bigger than it looks in the pictures! the master suite is beautiful and the patio sliding doors that open ALL THE WAY were such a treat in the mornings. The patio/deck was an excellent retreat from the Florida sun while still enjoying the warm air. The pool was clean, the hot tub was hot, and it was across the street from breakfast, lunch, dinner, a small pub/bar and a market to buy some food and drinks for the room. Excellent place to stay! Thank you!

Girls Trip 2024

Beautiful property. Loved that it was an end unit. Extremely convenient to everything. Decor was lovely and the beach chairs and wagon were such a wonderful surprise, making the trip to the beach so easy. The balcony furniture was perfect for our group of 5 and the view of the water and sunrise was exceptional. We saw dolphins off the balcony every day - such a great trip.

Great getaway

Everything was clean and tidy. As stated in info. Only issue was towels were hard and only one parking spot, so when friends came to visit had to pay for parking on main road. Possibly make arrangement for at least 2 parking spots. Would definitely stay there again.

Away from the noise with gorgeous view

Our family loved this rental. The view is amazing and the balcony furniture is comfortable. The property came with all the basics and was very clean. We loved that it was away from the main crush of clearwater beach but still within walking distance of great restaurants, ice cream, and mini-golf. We also chose to drive the 5 minutes over the bridge to use the Sand Key beach which was less crowded. This condo delivers everything it promises.

Beautiful place great location

This place is gorgeous! Had everything we needed. Enjoyed that even though it was away from the main area there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would highly recommend. The only thing I would change is having a book indicating checkout process nearby things to do trolley map snd things like that.

Really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was quiet, spacious, very clean, well decorated and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the master bath is very nice. Enjoyed sitting on the lovely balcony and watching the birds, dolphin and boats going by. Would definitely stay here again.

High Price, Poor Management

This is a very nice, high-end condo. Unfortunately, the managers (Florida Beach Rentals) perform well below average. For example, we were given an incorrect code for getting into the building and our access was blocked before we checked out. Water filter on the refrigerator was four months overdue for replacement, resulting in dirty drinking water and ice...inexcusable. The unit was furnished with the very cheapest kinds of toilet paper, hand soap, etc. and nothing else in the way of consumables....not even a salt and pepper set! When I rent a high-priced place, I expect higher standards, and was disappointed in that aspect. If I were the owner, I would be shopping for better management service.

Amazing family time and memories made!

Probably the best family vacation we have ever had! First time in Clearwater, we’ll be back. The condo was spotless and well equipped for our group of 10. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The location was perfect for us. We appreciated all of the extras comforts: plenty of towels, pillows, beach toys, extra throw blankets in living room, trundle bed for kids with mermaid theme (my 3 year old loved it)! Also the trash shoot was extremely convenient. The owners are so lucky to have this little piece of heaven!! Thank you
