Welcome to 182 Beachwalk!

Booking this home, you get to enjoy a quiet retreat that is just a short walk to the beach! 182 Beachwalk is located ½ of a mile away from the Shipyard Beach Club and the Sonesta Resort. This 2-bedroom townhouse has everything you need for the perfect vacation! 

This dog-friendly rental's 1st floor contains the main living areas of which are a galley kitchen, breakfast nook, dining area, living room, and powder room. The breakfast table sits under the bright open atrium and is adjacent to the galley kitchen. Just off the newly renovated kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating for the entire family. The living room is a step-down and has a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, beverage fridge, and doors to the back patio. 

Just upstairs you will find the large master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Down the hall is the guest bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed and the guest bathroom. Beachwalk also has an onsite pool and is just a few minutes walks to the beautiful sand of the Hilton Head beaches.

- Decals must be properly displayed on the windshield and passes visible on the dashboard at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Pick up pet waste from all common areas and properties.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind within Shipyard.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Motorcycles and mopeds are prohibited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings."

Great HHI Vacation

My family and I had a wonderful vacation on Hilton Head Island. The condo was perfect and the location was great - close to the beach and various nearby restaurants and activities. We definity plan to vacation there again soon.

Great location near the beach

First impressions of this property weren’t that good, since the place smelled musty and the bathrooms were not that clean. But the property manager stepped in and got us new bath mats and shower curtain liners which really helped. The kitchen is clean and very well stocked with whatever cooking supplies you need. The living room furniture is tired, but comfortable. On the whole, this villa is comfortable, quiet, and a short walk to the beach.

Cozy Get-Away

The condo was lovely. The walk to the beach was a solid 10 minute walk. A wagon is highly recommended. The beds were amazing!! Some of the best sleep that I have had in a long time. Our only negative experience was with the parking. Parking is not adequate and the spaces are extremely small. My car was dinged while visiting....made me a tad grumpy.

Family Getaway

Resort was nice, walk to beach was easy (10 min) also could park close or drop off. Condo was very well supplied and fit our family of 7 great. The ice machine worked really slow, you might need to get ice. We really enjoyed our stay!

Terrific stay at Beachwalk

The townhouse was exactly as advertised, nicely furnished, good and clean with a great supply of linens, everything you could possibly need for cooking (although we wished we had thought to bring a few spices) Beds were very comfortable, and for our group it was great to have two double beds in the second bedroom. We wished we had access to a grill, and beach chairs would have been nice. But the deck out back was great, and the location was terrific. Easy walk to a beautiful beach, great pool. The bike rental recommended by the owner was very reasonable, and delivered the bikes right to the door (and picked them up). Just a terrific place to stay for a relaxing vacation on beautiful Hilton Head Island!

Family getaway

We loved staying on Shipyard Plantation. This unit was a perfect size for us 4 adults. The unit was very well stocked with needed items. However, we felt the bathroom showers could really use an update and the microwave vent cover fell off when we opened the cupboard above it. But, overall we enjoyed our stay in 182. Thank you

Location was great for bike rides and walk to the beach.

We love Hilton Head and were so thrilled to come back after an 11 year hiatus. Beachwalk is a great location for the bike paths, Coligny Plaza and a short walk to the beach. The condo had a good set up but needs to be updated a bit. Cooking utensils, knives, etc need updated as well.
