Two bedroom ground floor apartment.



The living room- with air conditioning, is ideal for entertaining and leads out to the large, fully enclosed terrace with dining table and chairs. Externally an enclosed garden ideal to enjoy both the summer and winter sun with views over the golf course. Newly fitted kitchen and utility room with washing machine. The apartment has free fibre internet and international cable TV channels. Master double bedroom with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, second bedroom has twin beds Full family bathroom with shower, vanity unit, basin & mirror.



There is an on-site clubhouse/ bar-restaurant, supermarket, tennis courts, driving range and putting green. Only a 5-minute drive to the local town of Sucina with lots of amenities and bar/restaurants on offer. 10-minute drive to the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor and a 20-minute drive from Murcia International Airport. Fantastically located to enjoy all the Costa Calida has to offer.



Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.



The resort itself is a thriving golf and holiday resort with good facilities including restaurant, supermarket, coffee shop, children’s play areas, tennis and padel courts, and has 24/7 patrolled security providing a safe and relaxed environment for the whole family.



The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.



Recently a new coffee shop called Sips by Nadine has opened offering an array of cakes and pastries, along with savoury snacks too. You will also be able to enjoy a traditional Spanish breakfast , Tostada with various toppings.

Our guests staying at Hacienda Riquelme also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English.
