Stay at this quiet and pleasant place to stay, perfect for a visit to Madrid, the capital of Spain. Ideal for students or business travellers. The apartment is very centrally located—it takes just 20 to 25 minutes to reach city centre Madrid. It’s right next to the M-30, which is Madrid’s (Spain) main ring road, similar to a highway. It circles the city centre (the “central almond”) along a perimeter of approximately 32.5 km. It has all the amenities to make your stay pleasant: a washing machine, a glass-ceramic stove, dishes, pots and pans, heating, air conditioning, a 150 x 90 cm double bed, and a 135 x 90 cm sofa bed. NOTE: This is a pet-friendly space, but you must let me know in advance if you’ll be bringing pets, and there will be an extra charge.

The area is very quiet, very close to city centre Madrid, colourful, and home to hardworking people. In just a few minutes, you can be near the city centre and explore Madrid in depth without worrying about not having public transport to get there, since public transport runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Plus, there’s free parking 250 metres away (NOTE: you won’t always find a spot). You don’t need an environmental permit to get to the apartment or drive your car around there. There’s also a 24/7 supermarket nearby, making it easy to find groceries whenever you need them.
