Location! Location! Location! This fabulous studio condo is located in the coveted E/F Building (closest to Rosemary Beach) in the popular Village of South Walton. The Rosemary Beach sign is just below the building to the East, and all restaurants and activities in Rosemary Beach Town Center are a short walk away! Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, the location provides a multitude of shopping and dining options as well as outside entertainment and activities! Make time for a beach stroll at dusk to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world! The private beach access is only a free tram ride (available seasonally) or short walk away. There is plenty to do, see, and eat in the extra special community of the Village of South Walton and along the iconic and scenic highway 30A! Hang out on the beach, go on a run, walk or bike ride along 30A's charming 18-mile biking/running/walking path, to to a spa, get a massage, workout in a cool fitness center with an outdoor option, do yoga in the sunshine, attend a festival, explore the state parks, take a nature walk, paddle board or kayak on a dune lake, shop, peruse the art galleries, catch the game on a big screen, eat at an amazing restaurant, go to a Farmer's Market, enjoy some live music on the lawn, find a game of cornhole, relax on the shady private balcony, there's something for everyone! The community green right downstairs is a wonderful place for couples, friends, and families to gather after a great day at the beach to enjoy great seasonal entertainment, dinner, and drinks. Our space is decorated with coastal decor that includes a chaise sectional queen sleeper sofa with a premium hybrid mattress, and a comfy queen bed. The cute & functional kitchenette includes mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and Keurig, as well as dishes and basic kitchen items! The laundry room is right down the hall just steps away!

The Village pool area includes a seasonally heated swimming pool, gas grills, tables and chairs for al fresco dining, a huge splash pool (great for kids!), and hot tub!

This is the perfect location if you don't bring a car, or if you want to park your car and never get back in until time to go, as there are many restaurants, shops, galleries and activities within walking distance in Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, or Alys Beach. And our famous 18-mile paved walking/hiking/biking trail will provide you with even more options at the unique communities along 30A via bike, if that's your thing!

Location was great and having access to the beach using the wrist bands was awesome! This makes the beach within walking distance! The bed is a queen size and very high up off the ground and it is in a little bit of a busy place so there was some outside noise each morning and evening but it didn’t bother us. The place is walking distance to the little downtown area which is awesome! Communication was great and fast too… We loved our stay in Rosemary Beach!!

We had a great time at this cozy studio in Rosemary Beach. The location is perfect, same building as the little grocery store, pizza restaurant and lots of shops. The pool area is great and lots of other things to do within walking distance. The condo had everything we needed for a nice long weekend!

Close to everything in Rosemary Beach!

We had a great first time stay on 30A at this property! This location is close to everything. We could walk to shops, restaurants, and the main area of Rosemary Beach. Bike rentals were close at Peddlers Pavilion. The pool area was just down the stairs and a few steps across the road and has an awesome wading pool. We loved night swimming with the color changing lights. Our kids are 9 and 6, so the space worked great for us! We cant wait to come back!

The floors were filthy, the moment we walked into the apartment. You can hear the sand under your shoes. I dropped something which went under the bed. That’s never been cleaned either.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is located perfectly between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes downstairs and biked everywhere. The condo is beautifully decorated and the perfect size! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!!

Feeling at home in the Sandbox!

The “beach” colors and decor made us feel so welcome and at home. This property is so close to everything. We especially liked the tram service and would go back/forth from the beach and the awesome pools. This unit is close enough to 98 that Publix is very close and lots of laid back dining in PCB. We had a wonderful time in Sandbox 30A and will return.

This studio is exactly as pictured. Owner is extremely easy to get in touch with. Everything she said was exactly as it was. Walk downstairs and you have cute shops, restaurants and live music. Walk to beach and everything you need. Bed was firm and everything was super clean. Great place and location. - pool was very close by. Thank you for a much needed vacation.

Property owner/manager was AMAZING!!

Great spot! Highly recommend! Parking was easy, pools were great but heater did not work. Laura is the absolute best! She responded to all of my questions and was the most helpful as we are new to the area. The shuttle to the beach was easy and so helpful! So much fun shopping around and down the road into Rosemary. Lots of great restaurants, and so quick and easy to get to. The laundry room as easy to access. Definitely recommend!

The listing is just as pictured. The studio is located right above various stores and restaurants. In birds eye view the unit was clean but could use a seasonal deep cleaning. The shower was drain was filled with hair and the pillows provided on the bed and closet all need updating or at least washed.

Great location and layout

We have stayed at The Villages before and decided to stay here again. They have two great pools and a hot tub. You are right in the middle of things in Rosemary Beach. The condo had decent kitchen space, but the fridge is small so plan accordingly. K-cup machine so bring some if you want. Bring a sharp knife if you intend to cut up fruit. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The walk to beach access is very short, or you can order a free shuttle. The condo has beach chairs and a few small insulated coolers. Ice tray under the kitchen sink. I would definitely stay here again. Manager is quick to communicate via text.

Great Place!

Ive been staying in Seacrest/Rosemary every year for the past 13 years. This was my first time in this property and worked out well. Laura was fantastic. She was available at a moments notice before and during my staying. She would reply within minutes, which is totally unheard of. The property was large enough for two, which was perfect for my son and I. We dont need a lot of space and this had everything we needed. The room was clean! The couch pulls out into a bed (Queen), which my son slept on during the trip. Hair dryer, Iron with ironing board, and plenty of kitchenware. The air conditioner and ceiling fan kept the room cold (freezing), which was nice especially after a day at the beach in the high heat. The property is located in building E on the 2nd floor facing the walkway and restaurants below. With the window shades down the room is almost pitch black, which is nice if you like to sleep in. You do get beach access, but its so incredibly crowded. We rented bikes for our weeks stay and choose to try the public beach for the first time. We went there everyday. Its just a 5 min bike ride and has public restrooms. There is parking, but spots are always taken. Plenty of beach for everyone, and we got front row seating everytime (We stayed during peak time, July 4th week). Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This unit is in a great location! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, etc. great lawn area with nightly band centrally located to condo buildings. The pools are great and lots of umbrellas for shading. Would definitely book here again! No complaints!

I love being a host because I love helping others have the best time possible on their vacation! I know a lot about the area and am happy to be a resource for questions and to help guests learn more about the area that we love so much! We love our guests and have many repeat guests, some of whom have become friends!

I have loved 30A for many years for it's beautiful beaches, variety of activities, including festivals and live music, miles of walking/running, biking trails, and unique Dune Lakes and State Parks in which to hike, paddleboard, and kayak. This whole area is both family-friendly and romantic, with a decidedly upscale vibe!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the Village of South Walton the first time I stayed there, and fell in love with this studio specifically, so I bought it! Its updates are impeccable, the use of the space is perfect, so that you feel you truly have a separate sleeping and living area, and the location is extraordinary! Steps from Rosemary and all of its shops and amenities (spa, fitness center, salon, shops, etc.), a short walk to Alys, and a great greenspace all its own with a very happy vibe, bike rentals, great food, and live music. I also love the tram to the private beach access and the great pool/hot tub area. I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!

What makes this property unique

The gorgeous turquoise ocean and white sands rival the Caribbean! 30A is one of only 2 areas in the country that has coastal dune lakes, and we are so fortunate to be able to paddle board and kayak on them! There are 4 state parks in the area that have hiking trails, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, picnicking, and more! The 18-mile walking/hiking/biking paved trail that takes you to various unique beach communities is unmatched! There's truly nowhere like our community...it's one of a kind! I hope this becomes your happy place as much as it is mine, and that you enjoy it stay after stay!

This is not your average Florida beach trip! There is just so much to do, and such a community atmosphere. If you've been here, you know this, and if you haven't, please come try it out! You'll be back!
