Welcome to our charming 1-bedroom beach carriage house! Nestled just steps away from the sandy shores, this cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of seaside serenity and modern comfort. Enjoy a private getaway with a well-appointed bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxing living space with sleeper sofa. With easy beach access, your stay promises a tranquil escape. Just a short walk to the largest Lagoon Pool on 30A. Walking distance to Rosemary and Alys Beach. 1 Parking Tag is provided. Any additional cars will require a $50 charge per vehicle which must be paid at check in.
Golf Carts are not PERMITTED.
Pets are Not Allowed. Anyone in violation of this will be charged $1000 Non Refundable.
