Our home at 925 Arawak Avenue is just an easy three block walk to the least-crowded access path to Marco's beautiful Crescent Beach. We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and towels for your convenience. No need to pack up your car and hunt for parking to visit the beach.
You may never want to leave the sanctuary of this professionally designed residence. It features a gleaming, white kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Open concept floor plan with dining area, kitchen island, media area and living room. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed with plush mattress, attached bath and direct access to the lanai. Primary bath has double vanity, separate shower and luxurious soaking tub. The guest bedrooms, queen and twin, provide privacy on the opposite side of the house and share a bath with stone mosaic floor. Open the triple glass sliders from the living room and walk into your paradise; the screened lanai with heated pool, lounge chairs and covered dining area. Separate outdoor patio with grilling and seating. Free high speed wireless internet and three new flat screened TVs. There is nothing better than the warm southwest sun while lounging poolside. Nicely updated! Great location to walk to beach or you can stay at the house and enjoy the great lanai with the pool. Short drive to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!

We stayed at Alan’s beautiful home for seven days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect place for our family to spend the week together.The pool was definitely the heart of our stay. Every evening, our family gathered outside to swim, play games, laugh, and spend quality time together. Some of our favorite memories from the entire trip were made right there by the pool.Alan was a wonderful host, and everything about our stay was easy and enjoyable. The home had everything we needed and truly felt like our home away from home.We would absolutely recommend Alan’s home to anyone looking for a beautiful place to relax, reconnect, and make special memories with family. We had an amazing week and would definitely stay here again!

This beautifully decorated property with the lovely pool and outdoor area was sparkling clean when we arrived. The check in process was seamless, the owner simply gave us the combination to the front door lock. There were two beach buggies, at least 6 beach chairs and a cooler available for our use. There were a couple of very nice bikes available as well, but we never got around to using them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach rental - can’t say enough good things! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach. The house is loaded with beach gear so you can pack light and hit the water right away. The pool is gorgeous and became our go-to hangout spot each evening.Would book again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Marco Island Retreat

A great home in a great location! A short walk to the beach was perfect for our family and the pool was a relaxing alternative for those that wanted to stay behind. The owner was responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and will definitely be back.
