The expansive screened lanai includes a shady covered space with outdoor seating and a sunny pool deck with outdoor shower, separate cooking space and sun loungers all set on beautiful natural stone decking.

This perfect oasis is just steps to the beach and all the best restaurants and shops!!! We provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, etc for a day at the beach.

Located at 981 Java Ct, our beautiful, clean, nicely furnished home is a wonderful option for beach lovers or anyone wanting to work remotely. The office opens to the kitchen and has two distinct work stations with high speed fiber-optic wifi.
