Gorgeous three bedroom condo in a small, friendly, garden type building, just steps away from the beach, with a private, residents only entrance! And WHAT A BEACH! (Crandon Park Beach is rated among the best Beaches in the USA!) We share our beach with the famous Ritz-Carlton Hotel, a great place to have a light lunch, or sip cocktails in their Beach Bar, a favorite of Sir Paul!

Key Biscayne is an upscale island, has a great GOLF COURSE, a world class TENNIS CENTER, a MARINA where you can charter a sailboat or a fishing vessel, a BIKE rental store, FINE RESTAURANTS and WINE CELLERS. The KEY is joined to Miami by a causeway, the location of the MIAMI SEAQUARIUM, a not to be missed attraction. It is located just 15 minutes away from MIAMI BEACH and the famous South Beach Art Deco District, enchanting Coconut Grove and the Miami Airport. JUST PERFECT!

We had a wonderful stay. Raoul was very attentive. Responded to my messages and gave great area suggestions. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of beach supplies. Loved drinking my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the pool. The beach is an easy walk with no busy traffic to cross. Grocery store, coffee shop, bakery and several restaurants within walking distance. Can easily get about anything you want with a .5 mile walk. Definitely suggest and would stay here again. Loved Key Biscayne.

Great location to the beach. Condo had everything we needed for a great stay. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, and clear instructions on how to get to the beach. Great restaurants in the area and the grocery store was close. Could walk to a lot of places. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We had a lovely visit as a family of 4 over New Year's! The property was well-appointed (aside from having to purchase our own detergent, which we needed to wash towels every day) and very clean. It had absolutely everything a family could need for the beach- wheeled cart, beach chairs, beach toys, noodles, which was so wonderful. Raoul was responsive and provided great restaurant recommendations in Key Biscayne. I would definitely stay here again!

What a great private location with plenty of room for our family to enjoy and relax while exploring Miami and the beaches of Southen Florida. Amazing property and a short walk to the beach. Excellent communication with the host if we had any questions. Love the private entrance to the beach with very clean bathrooms, a huge plus with little kids. Kids loved the pool! Very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely be staying again!
