I love the light in this apt .There are shades in every room .The apt has a great open space with TVs in every room with Direct TV .The apartment is new with a great kitchen ,3 big bedrooms /2 bath a desk and a room with a washer /dryer that steam cleans clothing .There is an electric maid ,stereo with charging station for phones and large closets in every room .Two balcony’s with a view of the gardens in Key Colony .The apt has every possible comfort of home .There are 3 pools to use.A lap pool ,beach pool and building pool with BBQ and all utensils.Starbucks,,Restaurants and lots of boutiques are just a block away .There is a private beach in the complex and Crandon park a is right next door .The complex has amazing amenities including a food store ,beach restaurant , beauty parlor and spa .There is also a children’s playground .If you don’t rent a car ,Download the Key Biscayne app .They Will take you anywhere in key Biscayne at no charge .Relax and enjoy Key Biscayne life.It was decorated with love.
