From stocking the villa with food to hiring a butler the property managers made everything easier than any vila I’ve rented. The villa itself needs a little love, but the location is awesome and it was very kid/family friendly. Our butler Wellington was awesome and made sure we didn’t have to cook, clean, shop or mix a cocktail. Great place if you have multiple families.

The age and condition of the house was not clearly disclosed in the ad. The View, as seen from the 3rd floor deck in the photo I have attached, barely shows the BEACH at all! Those horrible trees obscure the view almost entirely. This Villa has a lot of potential however it needs a lot of maintenance and to be upgraded extensively to justify the price for our one week stay. For example, the floors of the two upper condo units were creaky and mushy. The bedrooms, with exception of the Master on the 3rd floor, were very small. The TVs were very complicated to operate and to keep operating for our NightTime entertainment. There were not sufficient utensils, dishes, or pots and pans on each floor so we scavenged all three condos to accumulate what we need to prepare meals for 13 people. The location however was great. The property managers were very accommodating and helpful and apologetic about the TV situation and the dishwasher that leaked. Every member of the support staff was kind and courteous.

Our villa offers beautiful beach views in a convenient location, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Our bedrooms are comfortably sized to accommodate our guests, and five of them feature en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. Each floor is equipped with an adequate supply of silverware and utensils, as the villa is designed so that each floor can also be rented individually. Regarding the dishwasher, our inspection found that the leak was caused by an excessive number of dishwasher detergent pods being used at one time. The issues with the TVs were related to a temporary service interruption from our cable provider. We are pleased to report that this issue has since been resolved. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for our future guests.

Excellent location. Air-conditioning worked very well. Pool was clean as were the beds towels.

Very accommodating property for 18 family members using three levels. Easy walk into town for restaurants. Overall, I would recommend highly to anyone wishing to rent. Fairly expensive, but it’s in a very prime location.

The host welcomed us when we arrived and showed us all around! The property was clean and ready for us to take full advantage. The ocean access was perfect for our 7 children 5 adults. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. A charter boat picked us up right at the beach. All in all our stay was fantastic and we would come stay again. Thank you!

Great Beach House

This is a great place to stay! You can’t beat the beach, the house fit all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool on the property. Catherine was fabulous! She responded quickly and efficiently if we had questions, and showed great kindness. Come and stay - you’ll love it!

Family Vacation

Amazing location-close to everything

We rented the entire unit for 11 people, mainly adults and teens. Location was amazing. Easy walk to town and restaurants. Had everything we needed for a terrific beach vacation!

Amazing Getaway

Excellent location with great amenities. Property manager assisted with all our needs including dining reservations, private chefs, and excursions. Pool was maintained daily, lounge beach chairs provided, kitchen on every floor, numerous bathrooms, amazing outside deck areas. Location is safe and close to shops, cafes, and bars.

Best time ever on the most gorgeous beach

We had the best stay at Villa Turkuaz. We stayed here for a surprise birthday weekend and it could not have been more perfect for our group. Plenty of space, directly on the beach, easy to walk into town for coffee, breakfast and snacks. Catherine was an amazing host, always easy to reach and super responsive to any of our questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Anniversary Celebration with Family

The Villa Turkuaz was just what we wanted for our family to be together and for accommodations, and the location was ideal. The 7 bedrooms were excellent. Catherine met us for check in and answered many questions and was a resource during the week.

Family vacation

There were 6 adults and 1 child in our group. The house was perfectly suited to our needs. The location couldn’t be better. Catherine was extremely helpful with any request we had throughout our stay, she keeps the house running smoothly.

Villa Turkuaz for the Win!

Our group of 14 loved our stay here. The location is prime- oceanfront on the most beautiful beach! We were able to walk to any thing we needed- restaurants, stores, etc. The hosts answered all of our questions immediately and helped us with our snorkel excursion, grocery delivery, and airport transportation. Some of the rooms were small, but we will take it for the location. Only suggestion is that the host provide a bit more toilet paper as we ran out quickly. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect home in Paridise!

This home could not be situated in a better location, on Grace Bay Beach! Property was clean & well equipped with plenty of room for the 12 guests. Catherine was our host and she was fantastic! Carherine recommended Chef Charles Joseph, a personal chef who prepared amazing dinners during our stay. Highly recommended!
