Ocean Breeze Bungalow Unit 2 is true beachfront property with a spectacular beach view. This 2 Bedroom unit is part of a 3 unit freestanding home. Each Bedroom offers a Queen bed and ‘uniquely’ large sink vanities with built- in dressers. Additional Jack-n-Jill style Full bath with shower/tub combo. Open kitchen and family room. Sleeps 6 when the pull-out sofa is utilized. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Washer and dryer located on ground floor and outdoor grill can be used by all guests. Common area decks offer outside enjoyment and seating. Huge covered under house hang out space. And……actual grass in the backyard! Flat easy parking No tricky garage maneuvers here. Outside elevator and only one step into the unit. Ocean Breeze is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. We also have a 1BR (vrbo# 1264553) and 4BR unit (vrbo# 1267869) at the same address.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or less than 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.
A cleaning fee of $150 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.

The 2 bedroom condo was perfect for us, my husband and me and our dog. We loved being on the beach .. with beautiful views from the living room and ocean view bedroom, we even got to watch the dolphins eat and play! The unit was clean, we would have loved some additional cleaning supplies, like sanitizing wipes, to keep it up during our stay. This condo is in a great location and we would stay again.

A group of ten women rented this unit, as well as the four-bedroom unit upstairs. Although we had some issues with the four-bedroom, this particular unit was fine, outside of some wobbly faucets and old towels/washcloths. Communications with the property manager were great. The view is priceless, with rocking chairs on the shared porch space.

We are so glad you had a fun stay. We are new owners. These units were booked solid and unfortunately, we had very limited access to this 2 bedroom unit before your stay. This October, we were able to make additional updates to this 2 bedroom unit. All new ceiling fans, fresh paint in the family room, kitchen and bedrooms. Fresh decor. and new towel sets. I think you will pleased with its further transformation.

Really like this place. Cozy and dog friendly. There are a couple of issues with the property that need addressed: the blinds in the main room don’t work (we covered the window with a sheet at night) and the fan in the ocean side bedroom is noisy. This makes it impossible to use especially at night. If these two issues were fixed, the place would be perfect.

We had such a great time at this property. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The house was very clean upon arrival and the local property manager and the owner himself were so kind and communicative with any questions. We truly can’t wait to come back and stay at this house!

Great Stay

We normally head to the Gulf Coast for a beach vacation, but decided to give the Myrtle Beach area a try. Glad we did. The Muth house in Garden City Beach was great - comfortable, beachfront, perfect size, clean and great location. Pat and Michael were great to work with. Will stay there again.

Great Place on Gardin City Beach

This was a great little spot directly on the beach. It was pet friendly. There was a grassy area in the backyard that was great for the dogs. Living quarters were spacious and clean. We loved the deck and rocking chairs. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our AM and PM drinks while enjoying the ocean. If there was any advice to make this better it would be to have dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee filters, Clorox wipes, and paper towels. We had to run to the store to get those items. But overall we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely come back!!

Wonderful stay at the Muth property!

We absolutely loved the Muth house! Everything was exceptionally clean and we had quick responses with a few questions that we had upon arrival. It was so nice to just walk out the door directly to the beach! The 2 bedroom was perfect for my husband, daughter, myself and our 2 tiny pups! We will be back!
