Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A security camera is used outside only. No docks are to be used from the beach, children must always be supervised.
Any items accidentally left will be sent back for a $20 handling fee plus shipping.
NO smoking of any type is allowed. If this rule is not followed, you will be accessed a $500 cleaning fee.
