The cabin was beautiful and the surrounding area. The only negative I can say was the pool was definitely not 90 degrees but freezing, couldn’t use it. Had a great time in Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge.

Perfect birthday getaway for my husband and me. Up in the woods but convenient to grocery and downtown Gatlinburg. Hot tub was nice with how cool the temperatures got while we were there but sadly too cold for the pool. All the amenities of being at home but in a serene environment. We enjoyed our days and nights in the rockers on the porch. We also got to see a lot of different wildlife but the mama bear and her 4 cubs was the frosting on my birthday cake. Would love to come back and do it all again. We had a wonderful time in the national forest.

First, the bear that came by the hot tub was the best. I have always hoped to see one and was thrilled to get a close up video. The cabin was clean and a great location, We loved that check in and check out were easy and communication was perfect. The hot tub was clean and the pool area was a treat as well. The bed and pillows were super comfy as well. The upstairs game room was wonderful. I highly recommend this place,

Amanda, a bear wandering up to the hot tub is genuinely one of those moments you cannot plan for, and getting it on video makes it even better. The game room, the pool area, and those pillows rounding out a stay like that is hard to beat. Wildlife and comfort in one trip is a combination worth coming back for.

To start, the only reason i am not giving a 5 star review for this property is because the reason we rented it was the heated indoor pool which was not heating.Payton was a great communicator dealing with this issue,however we still were not able to utilize the main attraction of the property which made me feel the price was higher than it should have been. The electric recliner was not working on the left side which i feel these types of items should be checked and communicated to perspective renters but i know this is nit picking.That being said, the property is in a beautiful location,check in was easy and the other amenities were wonderful.

Cabin, host and location were great. Clean, comfortable beds and the bath robes were great for the hot tub. The only complaint we had was the tile floor in the shower was loose and coming up and made it hard to stand in the shower. Would definitely stay here again.

House was clean aside from the pool house. Kudos to whomever took the photos because they made it look very good, in fact, maybe better than reality. The house needs some general maintenance and TLC. I would rent again, but not for the same price.

We did not have any water for the first night. Was hard getting in touch with someone. When we did they said they would be out first thing in the morning . We ended up getting someone there around 11:30am. Once the water was fixed everything else went good .

Comfortable, secluded cabin with all the features! Hot tub, pool, both perfectly at the right temp. Firepit, grill, and all the peace and quiet we were looking for. Highly recommend!
