This comfortable waterfront vacation home is located in desirable Yacht Club with western exposure. Walking distance to the beach and access to the river within minutes. The open floor plan features 2 master suits, 1 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. On one side of the house the master suite is completed with a king-size bed and attached master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. On the other side of the house the second master suite provides a king-size bed an attached bathroom with walk in shower and a walk through room with a sofa bed. The third bedroom provides a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom. The spacious home is fully equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, iron, cable TV, high speed internet, phone (in US only), table tennis, pool table, games and books. Comfortable furniture throughout the entire home. From the living room and the master bedrooms there is direct access to the pool.Outdoor living is one of a kind with summer kitchen, pool, spa, sunset bar sitting area & 2nd story sun deck overlooking the marina! Amazing

What an amazing property, without a doubt the best we have stayed in, and we've stayed in a few! The villa was spotlessly clean and looked beautiful, even better than the pictures. The bedrooms were all a good size and the master suite was lovely. The villa was really well equipped, lots of utensils in the kitchen, and plenty of bits and pieces for trips to the beach. The location is perfect, easy access in and out of Cape Coral, some great restaurants nearby and the boathouse a walk away. Leaving the best for last, the outside area, I do not have enough good words to say about the outside.... Fabulous view Fabulous sunset Fabulous pool and spa Fabulous outside grill Fabulous boatdock All in all just fabulous....everything! We will be back without a doubt!

Amazing , beautiful home. Great location

We absolutely loved staying in this house, we were blown away with the decor , pool area , amenities and location?l, just a 5 min walk to the beach and The Boathouse. Elisabeth was so helpful with any issue , would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you !

A really lovely property in a quiet area of Capr Coral

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with clear instruction on our arrival from the friendly manager. A brilliant base for exploring the area which we certainly did visiting lots of State Parks, restaurants etc.

Great Getaway Location

Our family loved this home! Everything described in the listing is as nice as it appears. Not only did we enjoy the clean and luxurious interior, we loved the location, the boat dock, the pool and the outdoor kitchen and dining areas as well. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of beach toys and equipment as well. The bicycles were also a nice touch. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay at this home again!
