( boat lift is not for guest use) 35 ft of on water dock space available for guest use. For kayak lovers there is a low water kayak entry platform . This fully remodeled 3 bedroom home is located in the upscale Yacht Club Area close to Cape Coral’s restaurant and entertainment area. Relax and make new memories in this cozy pool home that sleeps 7 people comfortably. Tastefully decorated with upgraded kitchen and baths. Step out into the newly furnished covered lanai and enjoy a drink, meal, read a book or swim in the heated pool & spa. Prepare your favorite meals inside the fully equipped kitchen or the outdoor BBQ. Home is equipped with high speed wireless Internet, smart TVs in all bedrooms, living room and in the outdoor lanai area for your enjoyment. 2 Kayaks & 2 adult size bikes are available for your enjoyment.
