Villa Serenità is a completely renovated villa with a newly built swimming pool. The villa is located in Capo Vaticano in a very quiet location with lots of greenery around and a beautiful sea view and only one kilometre from the Santa Maria beach. The villa is on one level and can accommodate 8 persons.

The villa has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a French bed (140), 2 bathrooms with shower. In the attic an extra room with bathroom and terrace.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.

The private 10 x 5 metre swimming pool has a large solarium facing the sea.

During your stay in the villa you will probably spend most of your time outdoors, but the spacious living room and comfortable furnishings also make the house ideal for a low season stay.

Villa Serenità with its modern furnishings and all the comforts is the ideal place for a holiday in Calabria near the sea but in a quiet location.
