Crafted from the ground up by a lifelong angler, our vision was to strip away the noise of everyday life and create a tranquil sanctuary where premium specimen carp fishing meets total relaxation. We’ve worked hard to create a peaceful, family-friendly sanctuary here,

and we want everyone to have an incredible time on the water.

To keep our fish healthy, our grounds beautiful, and our atmosphere relaxing, we ask all anglers to follow our lakeside code.

Our fish are the absolute heart of this fishery—we treat them like family pets, and we ask that you do the same!

Boasting amazing views of the Lincolnshire fens and the Lincolnshire wolds to each side of us! Our aim is to provide a stress free stay for you and your family, wether it’s to catch the fish of your lifetime from our well stocked fishing lake, or to watch the wildlife on the huge nature reserve immediately next door to us or to spot low flying aircraft coming and going from RAF conningsby(we are directly under their low flying flight path!),or maybe you just want to escape the rat race and sit and sip Prosecco looking at the unspoilt view of the stars in one of our cosy hot tubs with your better half, we have you covered!
