Simply adorable family beach home, just one block from beach access. Lovingly remodeled and features a beach theme, with coastal style and colors. The living room includes two sofas, one of which is a Queen hide-a-bed, a flat screen TV, and cable TV service.  From there, the sliding glass door opens up to the back deck with a charming backyard. You will enjoy the fire pit (sometimes off limits during fire season) and outdoor furniture in the quiet secluded space.  There is also a BBQ available in the garage.
The master bedroom offers a comfy King Bed and flat screen TV.  Adjacent to the master bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer. The dining area and kitchen are fully remodeled, and have a light and airy feel. Off the kitchen you'll find a cute half bath, and just beyond is the second bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed.  There are two parking spots available; one in the garage, and one in the driveway. Enjoy!

This is a pleasant house. Just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have a comfortable place to relax in after a day out and about. We love that we can park our car in the garage during our stay.

Cute little house and a great location! The kitchen is good sized and well stocked. The two beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was terrible. The mattress is not even adequate for children, but for an adult, it was unfortunately horrendous. The exterior of the house, and the backyard are extremely well-maintained. Overall, this is a great house in Seaside if you only need two beds.

Clean and comfortable cottage. It was well stocked with dvd movies and games for entertainment. The microwave and main dvd player didn’t work but we managed. We loved the back deck and garden. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.
