Newly remodeled and comfortable ground floor condominium just off the Necanicum River and only a short walk to Convention Center, downtown, and beach. Tastefully furnished with all the comforts of home including King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom and full bath with tub/shower combo. Third bedroom has 2 twins. Living room has comfortable seating with TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher with dinette set and private enclosed patio. Free internet access. Unit is licensed for a maximum occupancy of 6 people with no more than 2 vehicles allowed. 1 Pet OK with $75 non refundable pet fee.

I absolutely loved this place! It reminded me of when I first started using Vrbo years ago. It felt like home. I loved the decor, and there were dressers to put your clothes and extras in the closet, like kites, rain coats, and beach gear. The house was very clean, and the kitchen had not only everything you need to cook, but also extra items left behind by previous guests (always one of my favorite things). It was a great location, super close to the beach, downtown, the convention center, and the aquarium. There is designated parking close to the unit, which is a bonus. I would certainly stay again and recommend the place to anyone else.

Our stay at Riverwalk Condominiums in Seaside, OR, was absolutely delightful! This ground-floor unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing beach getaway—comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and that private patio right off the living room was ideal.The location is unbeatable: just a short walk to the beach, easy walking to the Promenade, shops, and restaurants in downtown Seaside. The hosts were incredibly responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and thoughtful local tips that made everything seamless.

The host was quite welcoming as well as helpful. The space was cleaned well. Parking was excellent. Location was a total plus!We only noticed a few things that could use improvement. The master bathroom toilet seat could be replaced (just showing its age), the heater in the master bedroom was loud (like inhibits peaceful rest), the beds’ mattresses could be replaced (twin beds were noisy & uncomfortable, master bed was sunk in the middle & the sides of the mattress were higher than the rest of the mattress, the queen bed was fine)

Place is great

It was great- a few things- it did have a hibt of dog pee smell but even though we didnt have any animals- we love dogs so it didnt bother us much. Also- there was some doggy hair in places and the bed is starting to sag but overall - place was perfect- planty of everything- good spot and affordable. Loves our stay

It was perfect for my work and my families play. The only glitch was that our map would not take us to the property. I was able to get ahold of the manager who talked us right to it. It makes gut be helpful to tell guest that there could be an issue.

Great place for the family

The whole family enjoyed the stay here. Space for everyone. Close to the beach and easy walk to downtown. Next time we are in Seaside we will stay here again.

Lovely quiet 4 blocks from beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely three bedroom apartment. It's fully equipped, quiet, beautifully decorated and close to everything. Will definitely book again.

This was a gem for our last-minute before-school-starts escape to the coast! The condo is just as pictured and even better in person with quality finishes and appliances as well as thoughtful supplies and equipment. Super clean and fresh! We stayed for just 2 nights with our two older teens and dog but easily could have stayed longer in comfort. The location is only several minutes walk to the turnaround in a residential area. The property has nicely maintained grassy areas for furry friends and is across from a very walkable stretch of the Necanicum River. The only suggestion would be for a slightly smaller dining set - it’s a bit cramped for the space. Otherwise, we loved it and highly recommend!!!

Family fun at the beach

The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. We had a great time! We forget a laptop bag when we left. The manager contacted me and met me after hours to return it. Thank you for going out of your way for us!

Great accommodation for our family of six. Apartment was a good size, including the bedrooms with plenty of storage and two bathrooms is a must for our family. I love the close proximity to the beach, downtown tourist strip, restaurant options etc. It was a quiet even though it was our Spring Break and we had easy access to this apartment. The outdoor area (we had a ground floor apartment) was a nice bonus and provides a gate to the car park too. The neighbourhood is a quaint seaside town and getting around on foot or car was no issue (off season, summer may be different for parking in the town!). We have no complaints about this accommodation and would stay here again.

I was disappointed that another unit was not offered to us since so much plumbing had to be done over two days at the Unit we were in. The rack in the bottom of the dishwasher is not the correct one and that was a hassle to work with. I did not use the suitcase holder in the master bedroom because when I pulled it flat, I could see it was about to pull away from the wall, so I did not use it. I did not use the tub/shower off the master bedroom as the plumber (very nice guy) left a muddy mess in the bottom of the tub and my bad back would not allow me to stretch and turn to clean it out so I could use it. Someone from the facility should use a leaf blower daily in front of the doors during the fall. It was not hazardless, but just looked tacky. Overall I loved the decor and the themed furnishings, and the beds were comfortable. Again, TLC could turn this from an ordinary rental to a spectacular rental.

Condo was a spacious stay for three professionals in town for a conference bring held at Seaside Convention Center. The unit was only a couple of blocks from convention center so each of us could walk back and forth as needed. Parking was available right outside the unit.

Work trip

Attended a conference at the conference center. Our condo was within walking distance which was nice. So much better than a shared hotel room for close to the same price. Just FYI, the puzzle of Seaside is missing a lot of pieces. Will definitely stay there again for future conferences.

We had a great time visiting Seaside. My only comments about the condo are knit-picky...the dinning room clock needs a new battery and the remote for the fireplace is partially broken. Otherwise it was a nice spot to stay. Everyone slept well.
