Great property!Cottages are roomy and have everything you need. I deducted one star for 2 reasons…. Pool was a bit dirty and the lights around the pool were on a timer and were on all night shining extremely brightly into the windows of cottage #3, making sleeping a challenge.Otherwise the place was great! Golf cart was a perfect addition and ran great!

The cottage was very nicely decorated, had a heated pool which the kids loved, and was a very short walk to Bean point.

Great pool and location to sunrise and sunset!

We just love staying here. Kids play all day, pool or ocean, bike rides, walks and golf cart brings so much joy to our stay.

Beachy and Beautiful

We had a lovely stay on AMI. The cottage was just as described and had everything we needed. Pool and grill were definitely a bonus. Super short walk to the beach at Bean Point and Rod n Reel to grab a great breakfast.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic stay! We did a girls trip but I would happily bring my children to stay here. Only things I would add are a long body mirror and more hooks to hang towels, bathing suits, etc.

Our second stay…

We really enjoyed our first and our second stay at Jimmy’s place! The place is fully equipped and is very comfortable. We really enjoy using the bikes and the golf cart! I love how close it is to the beach area where you can watch the sunrise and the sunset!

Bay Breeze #3

Great location in walking distance of Rod and Reel Pier. This is our second stay at this property. Bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and golf carts included, well maintained.
