The owner was very easy to communicate with and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. The condo is in a great location with easy beach access, and the ocean views are beautiful. We loved the location and had a great stay!

The condo had beautiful views of the ocean and sound. The outdoor porches were a delight to sit and have coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset to the west. It had all the necessary amenities . Easy beach access. 4 bed and bath was a plus. Spacious . We will return in future.

This place has the most amazing views!!! We loved being able to see (and hear!) the ocean as well as the bridge and inland waterway and marsh. We enjoyed watching the moonrise over the ocean. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. The unit is beautifully decorated and was great for our extended family. Terry was an amazing host, very responsive, very quick to answer questions and to resolve an issue during check in. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!!

We have been staying in this condo for the past 5 years ( I believe) when my family all gets together. Each year it is special with lots of memories being made as our family continues to grow. Terry the host could not have been more helpful. If ever you need her she is always there for you to answer any questions you may have. The place was very clean and all put together. We will continue to stay here each year and enjoy our family vacation in OIB ! Lisa B.

Great beach condo

Our week vacation was great. Very clean and convenient location to the beach. Knowing that we didn’t have to worry about bringing bed linens, bath towels AND beach towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish soap and trash bags shows the owner is very thoughtful and cares about your stay!Very easy to communicate with owner for anything you need during stay!

Great get-away for the whole family!

We booked a last minute getaway at this property for my family, and it was exactly what we needed to get away for a few days! The rental was very accommodating and the host, Terry, was very nice and helped with everything we needed.. Love this place and we will be back!

Excellent Stay

Very clean, great communication with host, was a small issue with air circulation and he was quick to get someone out to fix the problem. Definitely will look into staying here in the future.
