200 FT from beach! DOG FRIENDLY! ($275 DOG FEE) (Please note dog restriction-1 dog less than 30 lbs ).
Towels included on all rentals. elevator. parking for golf cart and 4 cars.
Linens included on WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.
COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.
2 q and 4 dbls in the 4 bedrooms. ocean club featuring pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar with large deck all on ocean front. All ocean club privileges included. tennis, pickleball and bb courts.




The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

1700 square feet with over-size furnished deck that affords spectacular views of ocean and island. Beautifully decorated with island flavor. All bedrooms have cable TV and each bedroom has its own full private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you have at home! Also full size washer and dryer.  Flat screen TV in living area. Chess, checkers, books, cards, board games provided.

Cliff was terrific to work with for vacation. We loved Ocean Isle Beach. The kitchen could have had more cooking options (pots for crab legs, etc). I tend to cook more meals, so this will not be an issue if you plan to eat out.

Better than a picture

Our stay was awesome! The pictures don’t do the property justice. It is one of the nicest, cleanest, most well maintained properties that we have stayed in . The manager was readily available at all times. I’d pick this property over any other if you plan to come to this area. The view was amazing with the beach just a yard away. I can’t say enough good things about our stay and property manger, we will definitely contact Cliff again for future stays.

2023 Beach Vacay

Very nice condo with high quality furniture appliances, and fixtures. Very clean and stocked with supplies (paper products, trash bags, soaps, etc) on an honor system that appears to be working very well. When its used up, replace it. Towels and linens are provided. We really enjoyed our stay there and will book again next year.

Good place to relax and enjoy the wonderful beach air! IF I was the owner of this condo I would us the "high deck chairs" which are much easier to get up from seating. I would replace the low commode that is perfect for a child but not condusive for mature guest. I would throw all the towels, face cloths away replace with all white ones and have the cleaning crew laundry the towels while cleaning the condo. The hall runner is a safety hazard, time to do something different. Overall condo needs a little TLC. All TVs need better instructions especially in each bedroom. Could not ask for better help/support from Cliff with COTTAGE VACATIONS! He is very professional and does everything he can to make the guests happy! Thank you CLIFF!

We had a great time and stayed twice this year. Perfect location and very quick responses from the owners. Maybe we’ll stay again next year! Because you asked: I’d add a night stand and lamp to master bedroom and queen room. I’d add another lamp to family room. I’d add two more Adirondack chairs with side table for drinks to patio. I’d change rusty shower heads. I’d use brighter lightbulbs throughout the house and low voltage bulbs for the kitchen counter lights. I’d replace the lanyard and broken key to shed. Add mattress toppers at least to master bedroom. Replace carpet at end of rental season. I guess that’s why I don’t have a beach house. Thank goodness you share yours.

Great Condo!

We booked this condo to attend a family wedding that was across the street. The condo was perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and their 3 children. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Cliff was a great host he was very easy to communicate with. We would be very comfortable booking with Cliff again.
