DETAILS: Delight in the picturesque setting of 1650 E. Scenic Highway 30A #301, a charming 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled within desirable WaterColor, sleeping 4. Guests will love that this home includes access to multiple community pools, the private WaterColor Beach Club, and WaterColor’s countless additional amenities.

Natural light illuminates the beadboard paneling and refinished hardwood floors inside this idyllic condo, featuring an abundance of windows and refined furnishings. The open-concept floor plan of the living, dining, and kitchen areas lets guests move and converse freely between the spaces. Prepare a local seafood feast in the kitchen with high-end appliances and granite countertops before dining at the 4-person dining table in the windowed alcove. There are 2 more seats at the bar. Overall an enjoyable experience- close the pool and beach. Amenities worth the slight inconveniences of condo. The unit was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Items left from previous guests, shopping bags on back of doors, toys under coffee table, mess on balcony, bathroom floors not swept. Reached out to rental company without resolution. Water pressure want great and upstairs showered leaked. Luckily we spent most of our time outdoors.

Beautiful

Place was gorgeous and very clean. Perfect for two people. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Outdoor space was excellent. We didn’t use the beach chairs but glad they were available. Bed was a little soft for our taste but comfortable. We would stay again.

Great family getaway!

The condo was perfect for our needs and we loved staying right next to the Beach Club! WiFi did not work the entire time we were there, so that was the only issue since we needed to work from the condo from time to time.

Great time at 30A

The condo in Watercolor was wonderful- great location and access to all Watercolor has to offer. The condo is perfect for a family of four with smaller kids that will share a pull out sofa or a couple. We will definitely be back!

Labor Day Weekend Trip

This home was very nice with great views and had everything you need in a home! It is very close to the beach house. The location is perfect to get to all the other beaches and towns in no time. It's also right around the corner from Seaside, where the food trucks are amazing! We highly recommend this property. Working with 360 Blue was very easy as well. They were always very helpful.

Cute unit but smelled musty/mildewy and the owner had removed all the window handles on casement windows so it’s impossible to air it out (there were no screens on the doors). Also the wifi wasn’t operational. They had jammed the router into a drawer so it didn’t work. Finally, the next door units are under construction so the noise began at 7 AM.

The property was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. I think it’s time to invest in a new mattress, when I lay down, it felt as if I were rolling to the middle of the mattress. Also, there was construction all around, which would have been nice to have been made aware of. The workers were always in our way every time we left the property, sometimes blocking the elevator. One time, we had to step around many large trash bags that were blocking the elevator entrance. It did not feel safe to go in and out without my husband with me. Location was convenient We had a good amount of rain, so having a covered patio or balcony would have been nice as well.

Small piece of heaven

This was our second time staying in this property. It is a 1 bedroom upstairs and downstairs is den with pullout sofa (however we brought blowups this visit bc pullout was excrutiatingly uncomfortable.) The kitchen and bathroom is also downstairs, along with a porch. Location is key, right off of 30A, next to beach club, Watercolor shops and restaurants. We had an issue with a window and it was promptly looked after and fixed. Look forward to going back!

Perfect Location

We’ve been coming to Watercolor with our kids for the past few years, but this time decided to come down WITHOUT the kids for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You can’t beat the location - right across the street from the Beach Club and FOOW. The new pools are awesome and the beach/water was the nicest I’ve seen it in years. The condo itself was nice, but we had a few issues during our stay. The issues were minor and were shared with the property manager, but overall, we had a great stay. Hope to be back (with or without kids) very soon!

November 2021 Stay

We love staying at Watercolor & chose this condo specifically for the upstairs balcony where the sunsets were amazing! And honestly this was the best part about the condo. When we entered there was definitely a musty smell that another guest had mentioned. It is in need of updating regarding decor & appliances & bathrooms. With the cost of the rental we were a bit disappointed over all. 360 Blue was very attentive & called several times to see if we needed anything so that was great

September 2019 Stay

We took a few days as a family of 4 to our favorite spot on 30a - seaside:) this was our first time staying at watercolor. The unit was overall very nice with a couple of blips. The sleeper sofa was not at all usable but we called and were sent an air mattress which was appreciated. We had some plumbing problems when we first arrived - the upstairs sink was clogged.. but we called and it was fixed promptly. The upstairs toilet did not work very well and so we called and someone came out. That issue was not fixed and so we were down to one bathroom to use at that point.
