This stylish penthouse is an ideal spot for watching sunrises and sunsets, with the stunning Gulf waters just a short walk away.

Located on the third and fourth floors of the Dreamland Heights building in Central Square, this one-bedroom penthouse boasts an exceptional location, perfect for basking in the sunshine or enjoying the sea breeze from the privacy of its rooftop deck.

The crisp white exterior of ‘Sweet Pea’ mirrors the sleek design of its interior. The main living and dining area, with a vaulted ceiling, creates an airy, spacious feel. A comfortable queen sofa sleeper accommodates two guests, and the space includes a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a full bathroom with a shower on the main level.

Step outside to a side balcony that offers additional seating and panoramic views, perfect for soaking up Seaside’s nearly year-round sunshine. On the upper level, the king-sized bedroom provides a relaxing space, complete with another flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the private rooftop terrace, where more seating awaits for taking in the stunning scenery of Seaside, from the square to the beach and beyond. (Please note: Access to the rooftop deck is via a narrow staircase located off the bedroom, which may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations)

It was a fun spot to stay, the couch cover looked like it desperately needed washed or replaced. Overall it was perfect for 2 to stay, loved the roof spot with all the views. Great spot to be in all the action.

Beautiful spot in the heart of Seaside with gorgeous views

Really enjoyed our stay here. We came for the Seaside Half Marathon, and the location was perfect for our event. The accommodation was cozy but plenty of room, and probably the best views in Seaside from the rooftop and balcony. There were a few snags in terms of service and maintenance, but the Homeowner's Collection was very accommodative in its response, which we appreciate very much. We would definitely come back again.

It’s a perfect place for a couple. The only real negative is the patio furniture on the roof needs to be replaced. It was in rough shape when we stayed in 2021 and even rougher now.

Nice but small

The property was very but much smaller then we thought. The elevator was under repair for several days during our stay, which made unloading the car a bit of a challenge. The view was fantastic of the ocean especially the private rooftop.

Amazing location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - amazing location - close to everything, rooftop patio had beautiful views, cute decor, free bike rentals, easy beach access, very helpful guest servicesCons -parking was difficult - wish each condo had a parking spot-condo was overall clean, but they missed a few areas-toilet seat was broken -back door blinds broken so it was hard to get in and out -shower is insanely smallOverall, a wonderful experience and would 100% book again
