Luxury, epic ocean view condo that's a stone's throw from the San Clemente Pier. This 3 bed, 3 bath condo is a completely remodeled organic modern condo. "Bigger Fish" features amazing ocean views from almost every room. Take a much deserved break on fluffy cloud like beds, 2 separate balconies including a penthouse lanai deck, all less than 200 steps from the beach. Walk to all your meals. "Bigger Fish" features a 180 degree penthouse view, full kitchen, AC, DirectTV, gas BBQ, washer/dryer & parking for up to 5 cars. For larger parties or reunions book the entire building (both “Big Fish” & “Bigger Fish”) to sleep up to 16.

We are from the East Coast and were visiting our adult children who live in LA, and wanted a relaxing place to spend the long holiday weekend together. This was the perfect place! Clean, well-stocked kitchen, very responsive host, great neighborhood - walkable to several restaurants and shops and super close to a wide, clean beach. Especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces.

Our stay was amazing! The property was even better in person. The view was stellar and the deck was large and a great place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the surfers, and enjoy sunsets too! The beds were comfy, which is a great change from other places we have stayed! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thank you Shannon for your gracious hospitality! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Every room was decorated tastefully and felt spacious. Laundry detergent and dishwasher soap was provided. We appreciated the notebooks with information about restaurants and activities. We would like to make this an annual trip for our family to relax and reconnect.

Great Location

The weather did not cooperate, but this condo is perfect. Beautiful view and great location for walking everywhere. The kitchen was well equiped and it had everything that our family needed. Shannon met us there when we arrived and gave us all the information that we needed for our stay. She was available throughout our stay if we needed anything, she was there to help.

Unbelievable!

Bigger Fish was absolutely amazing! A block away from the ocean and fantastic views! Plenty of space to hang in a quiet, safe area. Shannon was amazing in all her communication leading up to and during the stay. We will be coming back to San Clemente, but won’t even consider looking for a different property. Bigger Fish is home!

My family prepared an entire Thanksgiving feast from scratch, and every necessary utensil, plate, and serving tray was readily available in the Bigger Fish Condo's kitchen. The view alone is worth waking up to, instilling a profound sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. Strolling with loved ones to the San Clemente fishing pier offers an incredible sensory experience, warming the heart. Exceptional shopping, walking, and sightseeing opportunities are mere steps away. My family and I were thoroughly impressed, exceeding our highest expectations!

Steps from the Pier

I was tempted to rate the “Accuracy to online listing” at 1-Star because the pictures do this condo no justice at all. The view from the top deck of Bigger Fish is spectacular. The condo is steps from the pier and the beach and a short walk up the hill to downtown restaurants. It is very well stocked with few details left undone. The owners are quick and courteous during the check in process and readily available during the stay. Our family had a great stay and will definitely be back!

The best family trip

We absolutely loved it here. The views and deck can’t be beat and my kids absolutely loved the beach toys. So fun and so comfortable for our family of 7! This unit is well equipped, I even found some batteries for our sound machine that stopped working. We’re already planning our next trip!!

Perfect home in perfect location

This property is even better than it looks. The property owners are so helpful - very welcoming and very responsive both before and during our stay. The home is clean and very well equipped. The location is superb - one block to the beach, a short (steep) walk into downtown and close to a food store. We had a wonderful week in an idyllic location. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous home.
