Your Home Away From Home Awaits You and has been recently upgraded with new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Beautiful French Doors, new stainless steel refrigerator, 2 Brand New "Smart TV's" and updated living room furniture and accent pieces. PLEASE NOTE INTERNET TV AND NETFLIX ONLY. COMPLIMENTARY WIFI.
Beautiful, charming and very nicely decorated with a beach theme. It has 2 bedroom/2 bath with sit down white water ocean views located in the famous 'Pier Bowl' area of San Clemente. It honestly doesn't get much better than this. Enjoy relaxing, dining and entertaining on the 23 foot balcony overlooking the beach, pier, ocean while watching the surfers, dolphins or enjoying a beautiful southern California sunset.
Condo is equipped with everything you need to make you feel right at home-including beach towels chairs/umbrella as well as books, magazines, movies, games and puzzles. Literally just steps to beach, ocean, pier, shopping as well as a abundant of restaurants to choose from.
WOW is the response from guests when they first arrive. Even more lovely, charming in person and spotless!
Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, ocean, pier, swing-sets, wonderful ocean walking path and several restaurants near the pier.
Property is gated......beautifully maintained with luscious greenery and flowers, elevators,bike racks and secure surfboard locker.
Beautiful pool (heated year round) and jacuzzi on property as well. Casa Romantica Cultural Center just one building away. Short walk to the charming street of Del Mar that is lined with unique boutiques, antique stores, wine bar, restaurants and art galleries.
If interested in a renting monthly, owner is happy to work with you on discount pricing.
San Clemente truly is the 'Spanish Village by the Sea' as well as a hidden jewel along the southern California coast..... so come and see for yourself and experience a vacation you and your family won't forget.

My husband and I are proud owners of this lovely condo in a beautiful setting that is within a 2 minute walk to the beach. We have enjoyed meeting our monthly guests over the years and many of them are repeat guests year after year. We are delighted to share our home away from home with you.

Location, location, location. Lots of wonderful restaurants have opened in the past year that you can walk to and enjoy.
What makes this property unique
WOW when you first walk in - more beautiful and charming in person. The view is magnificient and hearing the waves is so relaxing. Fully equipped and you can walk everywhere in the charming historic downtown of San Clemente. Big plus - once you bring in your grocieries you can walk just about anywhere.
