This is our second time at this property, with 8 years between. It's a great property, location and size for our family. The only thing I would say is that a refresh on the Kitchen and baths are needed.

We had the best time with our family in this house. It was spacious and we loved that the downstairs had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and watch TV. The location was perfect- a quick bike ride, walk, or golf cart drive to multiple pools and the beach. We can’t wait to come back to this house next year!

We were here with our four grand girls, ages 10, twins 11, and a 13 yr old, They loved the beach and rode their bikes everywhere! The house was decorated with lots of color and the girls loved their bedrooms! The location was great but probably more house than we redefine!

Perfect Family vacation

We stayed with my family of five (3 kids) and my sister’s family of four (2 kids) and my elderly parents. Eleven total. We had 2 bunks and the hallway daybed bed vacant. The kitchen is upstairs with two master suites. 3 bedrooms downstairs. The 4 porches are great.

Pictures were accurate, and property was very clean when we arrived. House was comparable to the best of the other houses in which I have stayed at Watercolor over the years. Kitchen was a bit small if you were going to regularly cook for 16 people, but our group was smaller, and we ate out most of time. Would definitely recommend.
