Living room has queen sleeper sofa, flat screen smart tv ; free wireless internet included. First bedroom has a queen bed; the other bedroom has a bunk set (2 twins) plus a full size futon. Private enclosed patio in front and back for outdoor BBQ and dining. Fully stocked kitchen, board games and some sand toys for the kids. You won’t want to miss this one! Parking for 2 cars, no smoking or pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.
