Relax on the spacious deck overlooking the river, savoring a glass of wine while enjoying fresh crab grilled on the BBQ—maybe even caught just steps away at the nearby 12th Street Bridge.

As the sun sets, gather around the cozy firepit and take in the soothing ocean breeze drifting in from just two blocks away.

Inside, the cottage offers comfort and space for everyone. Unwind with a movie, enjoy games and snacks, or cook together in the fully equipped kitchen featuring bar seating and a dining table.

The location and space was perfect for our get away with our son and his family. The kid’s room, toys, and movies were a hit….along with the sand chairs and wagon - super convenient! The decor and amenities were nice. The ability to park in the garage was an added bonus!

The layout of the house worked out great allowing some folks to stay up late downstairs and on the deck while others are upstairs asleep. The home was spotless, kitchen well stocked for us to put together big meals. Watched movies, wildlife on the creek from the deck and walked to the ocean. Loved the fire pit! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This place is exactly like the pictures it was big and spacious for our family of 4. My children loved the bunk beds and they had plenty of toys to play with in the closet. The master had a nice big bed. It’s exactly as advertised and really close walk to the beach we had a blast! Connecting with the host was simple right before and during our trip. I highly recommend if you want to be close to everything seaside has to offer!

Home was newer and in a decent location to the beach and to the downtown. It was well stocked and mostly clean. We did find hairs in the guest bathroom upstairs and it didn’t look like the bath mats had been washed recently. Check in and check out was very easy, just frustrating that you can’t request an early check in or late check out until 24 hours prior and you have to pay for it. I wish there was more flexibility with the 4pm check in and 10am check out. Overall it fit our needs.

The site on the river is nice and they've done a great job cutting back the foilage so you have a good view of the water and birds from the deck. There are many cool birds. We brought binoculars for a close up view of the birds on the water and waders at the edge. The layout of the space is nice. The fire table in the back is easy to use. Nice tables and chairs outside. Inside there's everything you need. The two things to take note of: The bathroom toiletries are in a basket in the kitchen. And there were no flat sheets on the beds in the two main rooms. Fitted sheets - yes, flat sheets - no. Not sure why. So that was weird, but we didn't miss them really. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown and the beach boardwalk. And straight down to the beach, there is a boardwalk that goes right out into the middle of the sand, which is nice if you have folks with mobility issues. There is a "kids' room" that includes a bunk bed with extra trundle and a twin with trundle. That room has a TV in it and a lot of toys in the closet. It would be a really fun space for a group of young kids or cousins. Overall, nice! We will keep it in mind for future visits.

Our first impression was great—the home looked bright, shiny, and clean. Unfortunately, once we began using it, we found several cleanliness and maintenance issues.In the kitchen, most glasses had visible mouthprints on the rims, the silverware was greasy, and several knives were rusty. There was broken glass in the drawer with the baking sheets, and several bowls in the cupboards had water pooled in their bottoms. The extra blankets/throws smelled strongly of mildew; after using one, I had to wash the clothes I was wearing.There were plenty of towels but only three washcloths for five adults. The third bedroom had children’s cartoon-character sheets, which seemed inappropriate for an adult group.The kitchen towel rack was broken and repeatedly fell to the floor. The blinds in every window were stuck or off their rollers and could not be lowered, making it impossible to control light or privacy. The soap dispensers contained extremely watered-down soap that produced virtually no suds.The second bedroom had a dresser in the closet, but the drawers were blocked by the closet doors and unusable. That bedroom also had no TV, while the master and third bedrooms did.Overall, the home has potential and made a wonderful first impression, but the number of cleaning, maintenance, and amenity issues affected our stay. A more thorough inspection between guests and attention to these details would make a significant difference.

Our visit here was great from start to finish! The hosts were easy to contact and great to deal with. The place was all set up and ready for full use, including soaps, extra pillows, etc. We walked just a few blocks down the street and were already at a beautiful (and not too busy) beach. The area was quiet and felt safe.
