Make memories for a lifetime with a fun beach vacation while enjoying the quiet family atmosphere of Ocean Pines. I provide many of the necessities for your vacation so you can focus less on what to pack for vacation and more time on relaxing. I provide pantry essentials and spices but also toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, hand soaps, garbage bags, ziplock bags, foil, plastic wrap, bath linens and more.

Just minutes to Ocean City and the Ocean Pines Beach club. Your stay includes a parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach club, located on 49th street in Ocean City. The beach club offers the sand and waves of Ocean City plus a restaurant, bar, live entertainment, beach side pool (extra pool fee) showers and rest rooms. Perfect for the family with young children.

Back at the house enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom while overlooking the greens. Enjoy a few rounds of foosball in the sunroom as well. The entire house is tastefully decorated and very clean. New large gas grill added summer 2020. The first floor bedroom (queen) has a walk in shower. Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower combo. 1 king, 1 queen (1st floor bedroom) 1 pyramid bunkbed (1 twin, 1 full) and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Bath towels and kitchen linens included. Just bring your bed linens and beach towels. Well stocked kitchen with lots of cookware, utensils, crock pot, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge with ice maker and pantry essentials. Makes meal prep a breeze or you can order delivery or carry out from the many restaurants in and adjacent to the community. Seating for 8 around the very large table. Lots of games, puzzles and movies for the whole family. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, boogie board and use of bikes included. Large gas grill in the backyard with grilling tools. This getaway will truly feel like home.

Ocean Pines offers many amenities such as golf, community pools and an indoor pool for those bad weather days, large play grounds, skate park, basketball, tennis, and boat ramp. A large farmers market is held every Saturday morning till 1pm at White Horse Park. Highly recommend a visit to the market and the french patisseries. Free concerts in the park on Thursday evenings and family fun events at the Oasis pool. Check the Ocean Pines website for dates and times. Some activities require additional fee.

This house is not available to rent during senior week. Family rental only. Must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.

There is a minimum 6 night stay during peak season (May - September). There is a four night minimum stay from October-April) Call or email me if you have any questions.

Excellent stay

Our family of six had a great time during our week vacation to the beach. The house was clean with plenty of room and cookware to make meals for dinner. Yvonne was awesome and the bikes in the shed were a huge hit for the family.

Ocean Pines, MD

We spent a week at this property with our 3 kids. The house was exactly as listed. Nothing fancy but nice with a bunch of small extras thrown in by the owner, including a gift basket with some things for the kids. There were bikes with helmets, boogie boards, beach umbrella, etc available for our use as well. The house was in a nice, surprisingly large community, with access to 5 pools, one of which was right near the beach. Frank and Yvonne were both very accessible prior to, and during our stay. They even mailed back several items that we forgot when packing to leave. Really the only two things missing were an outside grill and one of those large wheeled carts that everyone seemed to be using to carry all of their stuff to and from the beach. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with the house and the interactions with Yvonne and Frank. We would definitely recommend not only this house and owners, but also the area to anyone looking for some place other than your typical beach vacation destination spots.

Ocean Pines review

From the first day of booking through the final day of stay Yvonne was in constant communication with me. Her attention to detail was impecible. Anytime I had a question she responded immediatley. The house was perfect for our needs. The only downside and no fault of the owners but the Ocean Pine administration was that the pools closed early. Other than that I don't have a negative thing to say about our stay and Yvonne.

This was a perfect vacation home for our family. The home had everything and then some to meet our needs. The owner was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and visit. She even left a welcome basket personalized for our family. The location was great, quick drive to oc md. The beach club made heading to the beach even better. It was just a great decision overall for us.

Perfect Vacation Home

Our recent vacation was a huge success. My wife and I celebrated 31 years of marriage and ended our summer with a vacation in Ocean Pines. The property was complete with amenities making it a great home away. We shared our Anniversary with our 6-year-old granddaughter who loved the bunk beds and the WII game. It was perfect for traveling to and from Ocean City Beach and Assateague Island to see the wild horses. It is in close proximity to lots of restaurants, shopping and amusements. We had a great time. In fact, we need a vacation from the vacation. Yvonne was a great hostess. She left a special gift for my granddaughter and called to ensure we had arrived safely and the accommodations were up to par. We will definitely stay again.

Great family beach house

We spent 2 weeks at this property and have memories for a lifetime. The house is well equipped with all the basic needs as well as simple additions like a large crockpot and a Keurig. Yvonne was a pleasure to work with; keeping us informed, responding to questions very timely and even left us a welcome bucket. The kids (4) ages 11-16 played countless games of Uno, bike rides and I even completed a 500 piece puzzle. Will definitely rent again!

We truly loved the house. It had everything we could need for a week long stay. Close enough to the beach, yet far enough away that we weren't "at the beach". We loved the local greeter, Gizmo the cat. Thank you Yvonne and family for a great vacation!

Clean, well kept home. Has all the amenities we needed. Great neighborhood and a short drive from the ocean/boardwalk. So happy we found this home to stay in for our vacation. Can’t wait to return.

Well appointed Ocean Pines getaway

Our family stayed here in July 2018 while attending a softball tournament in nearby Salisbury, MD. The locale was perfectly situated to allow easy access to both the tournament and to Ocean City for our down times. This house is an exceptionally good value and the owner was very accessible and easy to work with. The house has 3 small bedrooms with plenty of closet and drawer space. My children especially enjoyed the large selection of videos, board games, a Wii, a foosball table and bikes in the shed! I thought the bikes were an especially nice touch as this is such a popular activity in "the Pines". Rental includes access to the Ocean Pines Beach cCub and to the several Ocean Pines pools (small fee). My husband and I enjoyed mornings on the screened-in back porch overlooking the golf course.The owner thoughtfully provided pantry staples and coffee for the Keurig to kickstart our week (THANK YOU!!). Will definitely rent again next year if we do this tournament again.

I would highly recommend this lovely home for a vacation stay

Everything was exactly as described and shown. The beach is a very short drive and the Ocean Pines beach club is very convenient, has ample parking and all the amenities you need for a day at the beach. The house also has many amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and all types of kitchen supplies. There are many games, dvd's, Wii, wifi even foosball to further enjoy your stay. The owners even have bicycles and beach chairs for your use. The sunroom is peaceful overlooking the golf course. The older folks really enjoyed the sunroom every morning. Yvonne is so sweet and helpful she always replied promptly to my correspondence. She offered so many suggestions on activities and dining as this was our first time in the area. I really enjoyed all our conversations it felt like we were friends by the end of our stay. She is so thoughtful supplying extra added touches like cute toiletries bags with soaps and loofahs. There are spices,condiments, coffee for your use as well as a few cleaning and laundry supplies. She really went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definately stay again in the future and reccomend this lovely home for your vacation.

Just as I expected from pics and description.

Nice little house, clean, and perfect home base for a family on vacation. We had parents, grandma, and a 9, 5, and 1-year old. The large table worked great when we had family visiting. The high chair is actually a seat that straps onto a chair, and our one-year-old (he turned one while we were there) is still a food tornado, so food ended up on the upholstered chair (so sorry...we really tried to keep it clean :)). The owner was gracious enough to supply a pack n play, which was a lifesaver. Our little guy is small for his age, so it worked well for him, but the pack n play had a few years on it, and may not hold up to a larger baby/toddler. The kitchen had everything we needed, and yes we did cook most breakfasts and suppers there. The foosball table on the enclosed porch was lots of fun and provided a way for grandma to have fun with the older kids! We would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of 5 with our two oldest having graduated college and out on their own. My husband and I have lived our whole lives in Maryland and spent our summer vacations as children in Ocean City. This town holds many memories for me. We enjoy the outdoors, beach, offshore fishing, crabbing and cooking. All of these activities are easy to do from the house in Ocean Pines.

This home is conveniently located in Ocean Pines North not far from White Horse Park. The home is well furnished and stocked with all the necessities including blender for frozen drinks/smoothies, ice maker, beverage frig, games, bikes, beach gear and foosball table. Large driveway so bring your boat or sidewalk chalk to enjoy.
