Enjoy this nicely decorated, quiet, lake front home in an amenity-filled community offering 2 pools, tennis courts, docks perfect for fishing or launching a kayak, sand volleyball, basketball and playgrounds. Spend a quiet morning sipping your coffee from the screened porch overlooking the lake. Then, you are just a short drive to Maryland and Delaware beaches, the boardwalk, restaurants and great shopping. Shower off the sand from your day in the spacious outdoor shower, prepare dinner in a well-equipped kitchen, take an evening stroll or bike ride, and enjoy a movie with family and friends. Mallard Lakes is a great place to enjoy all the activities of the beach and an ocean resort along with the peace and quiet of a relaxing getaway.

Great spot and host

We enjoyed our stay at Mallard Lakes. The house was clean and comfortable and the location was great for us. Communication with the owner was easy and the amenities both in the home and neighborhood were enjoyed by the whole family.

Nice weekend Getaway

We only needed to stay one night and Chris was so accommodating. The house is clean and comfortable and had every we needed. Great location. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed the property and the pools and hot tub very cozy place we would love to come back saw dolphins and a whale that was fun to see didn’t want to leave place was clean and Awsome

Quiet relaxing neighborhood

We enjoyed staying in Mallard Lakes. It is a quiet , relaxing neighborhood. We enjoyed the pools. They kids enjoyed rides bikes around the neighborhood and playing pickle ball. The town house was very clean and comfortable.

Beach weekend

We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this home in a quiet neighborhood near the beach - and the restaurants nearby. We were very lucky for end of September and had warm, sunny days and enjoyed the beach where we saw many dolphins and even a whale 🐳 we would highly recommend this place which had everything you need in a home away from home. Thank you!

Nice place to stay in a quiet beach community

Fenwick Island is one of the quieter beach communities, not so crowded. The townhouse has lots to offer, with kayaks and bikes to use and community pools a short walk away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby, but also the option of cooking at 'home'. The Fenwick Island State Park offered a beautiful and not crowded beach with restrooms available and parking for only $10 a day. Plenty of golf not too far away and a couple of nice wineries too.

Fabulous week of vacation

Plenty of space on the proprerty. Confortable furniture and bedding. Fully equipped for every situation. Nice location near everything. We especially the Rehoboth beach and the Ocean city boardwalk. We recommand this place without hesitation.

Great spot

Great house with good sleeping arrangements for a family. The outdoor shower is perfect after beach days (previous stays in the neighborhood had broken outdoor showers). 2 full baths inside aided in getting everybody cleaned up for afternoon activities. Tucked toward the back of the neighborhood so there wasn’t much vehicular traffic.
