We had a wonderful stay at this Pacific Beach VRBO! The location was fantastic—right on the ocean with beautiful views and easy beach access. The rental was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only thing to note is that there is no air-conditioning, so it can get warm inside during hotter days. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

We would like to clarify the comment regarding air conditioning. The property does not have A/C, and this is clearly disclosed in the listing so guests can take this into consideration when choosing the property. Being directly on the Pacific Beach oceanfront, the home benefits from the coastal breeze and natural ventilation, which is generally quite comfortable. On the occasional hotter days, however, indoor temperatures can naturally be warmer. We appreciate your feedback and are pleased that, despite this, you had a wonderful stay and would consider returning. We hope to welcome you back to Pacific Beach again!

Great location within walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants and souvenir shops. Condo was very accommodating with full stock kitchen and everything else you may need. Especially loved that they had a luggage rack for both bedrooms since most rentals don’t supply these. This was the perfect place for people watching and the view was amazing.

We loved our 3 day trip in Pacific Beach! The property was artfully decorated and very comfortable. Incredible location with lots of restaurants and entertainment. The check in process was easy and clearly designed to make it pain free. What a view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom!Was the perfect spot to celebrate our daughter’s Law School graduation. We will definitely return again.
