We had a great stay! The condo is so roomy and has a full sized kitchen and big dining room table! So much better than a hotel! Highly recommend. The host was easy to communicate with and explained the check in instructions well. We will return!

Beautiful property for a visit to Disney

The check in process and resort were delightful! We truly enjoyed our three bedroom unit, located in one of the renovated towers. There were seven of us in total, four adults and three children, and we felt we had more than enough room! Would definitely stay here again to visit Disney or universal. The location and amenities were fantastic!!

Wonderful stay and trip to Disney parks

I had an amazing trip with my family - this resort was SO family friendly with tons to do for kids (koi pond on the boardwalk, splash pad for toddlers, playground, on-site dining options, the list goes on). Visiting in December was extra special as Wyndham had Christmas decorations all around the property that my kids loved. We were very close to disney parks which was also a bonus, but we truly enjoyed our resort days to relax. Beds were very comfortable and we were even able to watch Epcot fireworks from our balcony every night!

Not flexible with hurricane issues

The property itself was great, awesome location, great size for our family. Our flight was cancelled due to hurricane Ian and we had to arrive a day late and shift our stay back 1 day. The VRBO policy did not allow any refunds or changes due to the hurricane because there wasn't a mandatory evacuation of the area. Even though the property would allow a refund, we were not offered one through VRBO. This was a huge disappointment. We ended up having to book another hotel for a huge premium so we could shift our stay in Orlando back one day. I like the property, but I will avoid booking through VRBO, I would expect them to be more accomodating during a hurricane when the property itself was accommodating. We'll be better off booking directly in the future.

Great resort !

We were here for a 40th birthday celebration and had lots of family and friends who wanted to stay together! It was in a great location and whenever we needed something they brought it up right away. Would totally stay here again!!

Just wonderful!

Everything was so wonderful! Nice property, plenty to do for all ages. Pools, bars, mini golf, corn hole, shuffleboard, Starbucks, ice cream, Koi pond, turtles, ducks. . Great location for Disney and Universal. The property owner was great because there was a little mixup in rooms but she exceeded our expectations to help. I'll definitely be staying here again. Loved it!

Perfect for family Disney vacation

The location of the rental is perfect. There are buses available to all the parks, but Uber/Lyft rental was super reasonable also. The living space was clean and modern and included everything we needed for our stay. On the occasion we needed another towel or a pillow, it was just a text away. The set up of the rooms is perfectly described in the listing - what you read is what you get. Loved the big balcony also...enought space for 4 of us to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The pools and slides were very fun for the kids and there is a boardwalk around the entire property which offers viewing of koi fish, turtles, bunny rabbits and ibis. We will definitely research renting from Catherine again for any future Orlando vacations.

The Best!

We have stayed at bonnet creek 3 times now. We love it there. There were a few places that seemed not the cleanest. But was in corners. And honestly, could just be more age. Corners in carpet was a complaint of a family member that stayed with me. I tried reaching out to you, but you didn’t get back to me twice. I then realized you did email me. But no other correspondence. No worries. Just the only things I could think of. Miss not having to wear masks, but the room and the oool gave us a bit of freedoms to breathe. It was an amazing vacation and lots of memories. Thank you!!!

Great Stay!

Bonnet Creek is beautiful, very convenient to Disney parks, and much less expensive than Disney property!! This is our 5th time staying at Bonnet Creek and we will be back!

We had a great time! The property is just how it's listed, and the staff were very accommodating!

The property was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was you could hear the people overhead. The tile floors in the units are not good for noise reduction. Kathy was very helpful in finding a new room as I booked the wrong dates, and didn't even realize it until a few days before our trip! Thanksgiving week is the busiest at Disney World, so we were very lucky to be able to find another unit on the property last minute!

Wonderful

Our grandson was in the USA Special Olympics. They won gold in Hip Hop Dance. Our whole stay was all we hoped from beginning to end. Loved the Lazy River. Put Put Golf. water slide. Options, were so many. The room was lovely Big 5 on the 13th floor. We saw fireworks from balcony every night. Barbecued one evening with their many gas grills. Would return in a heartbeat.
