1000 sq foot, one bedroom loft with open kitchen and living area, and private bedroom and bathroom. Newly renovated with modern kitchen and bath. Steam heat. Washer and dryer. Hard wood floor with rugs. Mud room and closet at entry.
This was one of the original classrooms in the lower level of the old school. Grade level (large) windows go from about shoulder height to ceiling. Good Wifi available. TV also- internet provided content. Walking distance to old commercial part of downtown Dillon. Adjacent to new playground and splashpad in Dillon.
Great for use as corporate apartment or for visiting tourists or outdoorsmen.
Note : This apartment can be configured as 2 bedroom for longer stays- extra bedroom (or office) is 360 sq feet and has double door connecting to apartment. Please call for details on this feature if interested.
