Ski home for lunch, return to the slopes for sunset and night skiing. Enjoy the charm of this boutique condominium building in the heart of River Run Village. Curl up under warm cozy duvets after a day on the slope and watch all the action in the village, relax in one of a number of available hot tubs, or enjoy vibrant shopping and dining at your doorstep. Winter gives you Keystone's 3,100+ acres of expanded terrain, A-Basin's legendary steeps 10 minutes away and free bus service to Breckenridge. Summer brings lift-served biking, hiking trailheads, festivals, concerts and live entertainment right in the River Run plaza.

This premier property in the intimate 21 unit boutique lodge offers 1450 square feet of fully functional space. The open concept great room centers on a cozy gas fireplace and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating and a dining space sized for a whole crew. The floor plan places two large bedrooms (King bed in one and two queens in the other) at opposite ends of the residence for privacy, while three bathrooms eliminate early morning bottle necks. An enclosed den has two additional twin beds and in-unit washer/dryer adds convenience few other units can match.

JackPine Lodge offers a full suite of upscale amenities including underground parking, private ski lockers and bike storage, an outdoor hot tub set against a cascading waterfall, fire pit, BBQ area, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and access to Dakota Lodge pool and additional hot tubs.


Parking for 1 vehicle in the heated underground garage. Elevator in garage for easy access to our condominium. Additional paid parking in skier's lot a short walk away.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect—just steps away from everything we needed throughout the day. Some of the ladies in my group didn’t ski and loved the easy access to the shops, fire pits, and restaurants. For those of us who did ski or snowboard, the shuttle and gondola were conveniently nearby. The lodge itself was comfortable and the perfect place to relax and unwind before heading back out to the slopes the next day.

We took our two young adults for a family ski trip to keystone. The skiing (despite the drought) was still great. Your condo location is perfect for skiing and for enjoy the shopping and restaurants in River run village. We were pleasantly surprised to find the walk with our boots on from your ski locker to the gondola lift was about one minute. The heated parking was great (but do not forget to keep parking pass on dash). The small gym, hot tub and sauna were great. The condo is large, modern and clean with a smart layout. My family and loved our stay. Thank you!

Great stay!

Nice, clean property right in the village with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Pool and hot tub just a quick walk across the village and an additional private hot tub in the Jack Pine building. It was great for our quick trip!

Perfect Location

The condo is perfectly located for skiing and enjoying the village. We had a few issues during our stay but the owner was very responsive and helped get them resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
