In a new location, we are offering 3 brand accommodations facing West with a private yard
(barbecue grill, patio furniture, patio umbrella and lounge chairs).

2 houses for 4 to 6 people with on the main floor : living room, dining room and kitchen including dish washer, washer, fridge, freezer, oven-micro-wave), TV with DVD player, a sofa bed, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower column. Two bedrooms on the first floor with closets, king size bed in one room, 2 twin beds in the other.

1 studio apartment for 2 to 4 people with living room, dining room and kitchen including dish
wash, washer, fridge, freezer and oven-micro-wave, TV with DVD player, a sofa bed, a bathroom
with a hydromassage shower column and a king size bed.

Household linen (towels, table napkins) and baby furniture (bed, high chair, baby bath)
are included.

Séjour de 1 mois pour le travail en toute tranquillité avec tout le matériel de confort nécessaire notamment un lave vaisselle. Très bien placé, propre, bien équipé, jolie vue . Seul bémol : la connexion internet. Un débit très lent suivant les moments et quelques difficultés de connexions. Je recommande fortement le gite !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce gîte de Baden, centre de nombreuses promenades dans le golfe du Morbihan et au-delà...Ce gîte est très bien équipé, très confortable. Le seul petit bémol est la mitoyenneté. On entend vraiment les voisins quand on est dans la chambre. Mais en septembre, les gens étaient assez discrets, donc pas trop de problème de voisinage. Nous reviendrons sans problème chez Elodie, discrète et accueillante. Nous avons apprécié le lit fait à l'arrivée (Très bonne literie) et tout l'équipement du gîte en général.

Un gîte moderne, lumineux, bien équipé, confortable, impeccable de propreté et décoré avec goût. Tout est présent pour passer un séjour très agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants, n'hésitent pas communiquer des informations touristiques et pratiques, et font tout leur possible pour que leurs hôtes s'y sentent bien. Gemütliches Reihenaus mit Flair

Schnuckeliges, sehr sauberes, gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Ferienhäuschen (inklusive Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett etc.). Auch wenn es mit seinen 45 qm nicht gerade groß ist, bietet es dennoch genügend Platz für eine Familie. Jeder Winkel ist sinnvoll ausgenutzt, die Terasse mit Grill, Holzmöbeln, Schirm und Liegestühlen dient bei gutem Wetter als vergrößertes Wohnzimmer. Sehr gute Lage unweit des Ortskerns mit Creperie, Bäcker, Supermarkt - gute Infrastruktur. Die Vermieter wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück und sind sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Auf Wunsch geben sie Tipps zu den schönsten Stränden, besten Creperien oder guten Fischlokalen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert - gerade für zwei befreundete Familien sind die Doppelhäuser gut geeignet.

Bon accueil, maison très bien équipée, joli environnement mais la route était parfois fort fréquentée: Nous qui habitons la campagne, c'est un peu bruyant. Cette location est un bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bonne situation géographique dans le Golfe du Morbihan; à recommander!!!
