Clean, clean, clean. This apartment was cleaner than some hotels I've stayed in. No hairs laying about nor any imbedded in the sheets or bedding. Communication was fantastic. Immediate response to text messages. There is plenty of street parking. Was there a week and never had an issue. There are two wall unit air conditioners, but I would recommend bringing a small fan for the back bedroom. The cool air doesn't quite turn the corner enough and there is an electrical outlet right behind the dresser you can plug the fan into. It is 5 1/2 blocks to the beach, so you really don't want to walk it with all the beach stuff, but on the upside it's only a 2 minute drive to the beach!! I would totally stay here again.

I personally clean the apartment before every guest arrives because I want to make sure everything is spotless and just right. I appreciate your feedback about the second bedroom. I actually purchased a new air conditioner for that room, but unfortunately the window doesn't open wide enough to accommodate the small unit. In the meantime, I'll be sure to provide a fan for added comfort. Thank you for the helpful suggestion. The apartment is conveniently located just 4½ blocks from the beach—about a 10-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive. We usually ride our bikes, and guests are always welcome to bring theirs since there is a private garage for secure storage. Thank you again for your kind words. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our visit, which made everything seamless.The neighborhood was absolutely charming, with a lovely church and library right next door that added to the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. It was a great location for relaxing and exploring the area. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this property.
