Enjoy the Summer of 2026 with your family in the quaint town of Avon-by-the-Sea. This beautiful turn of the century home has all of the luxuries needed for a relaxing vacation at the Jersey Shore. Just 3 blocks to the Columns, the beach and boardwalk. The wrap around porch is perfect for sitting with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The rear deck in yard is perfect for quiet evening barbecues. This four bedroom house with two bathrooms is freshly decorated with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Outdoor shower, washer and dryer on the first floor, wheelchair accessible entrance in the rear and off street parking are all available to make your vacation relaxing. Convenient to bars, restaurants, train stations and entertainment. We also offer four beach badges with each rental along with beach chairs and umbrellas. Additional information can be found under the lease agreement.

Our home is very special to us. It has been in our family for over 45 years. Avon is a wonderful town to vacation at. We try to keep our property in proper order as required by the town. It is inspected by the town prior to the season. All renters are required to provide us with their home address and the names of those that will be staying at the house. This is a requirement made to us by the town in order to receive our occupancy certificate.
