The beautifully landscaped property has 3 pools, grilling stations, beach chairs, and a tiki hut on the private beach for you to relax and enjoy your time on your island getaway. Located centrally on the island, this property is perfect for experiencing the entire island. Travel to the south to the Crescent Village, or take a trip north to the Siesta Key village. Either direction you go, you’ll be surrounded by wonderful shops and restaurants, perfect for hours of endless fun. Great place to stay!

Nice, comfortable, and convenient condo with great views. Beds slept good, couch was super comfy, and loved chair on deck. The beach chairs and supplies were handy. I would recommend softer bath towels but that is it. I would stay there again. The 4th of July fireworks were incredible!!

Siesta

10/10 from beginning to end. We all absolutly loved the place it was beautiful and clean and had so many amenities for us. It’s directly on a gorgeous private beach and only a few minutes from the town. Will absolutely be back and stay here again :)

Great location friendly staff and residents

Found everything we needed. Dryer vent was disconnected, needs a missing piece/part. Master Bath SHOULD have GRAB BAR IN THE SHOWER, especially for older folks (like me) Would stay again and recommend it to friends.

The location was great! The unit itself left a lot to be desired. It was bare bones - the couch was completely broken down- a shutter fell down in the middle of the night- the fridge had broken drawers, the ice maker didn’t work and the washing machine sounded like it had marbles in it. There were no blankets on the beds it was basically 2 sheets. The property itself was great!

Nice condo

, elevator v slow and common area need to be painted. Renting umbrellas or cabana.. hit or miss.. they often don’t answer phone. You can use the beach chairs but need to drag them to beach. Also I’d vice getting travel insurance.. without it there is no expectation on change even during a hurricane.

Beautiful but infested

This unit is very beautifully remodeled, but until someone takes action with the pest control in the building, there is no amount of remodeling that will make it acceptable. We found several roaches in our unit during our stay. The management sent someone with a can of spray to address the problem. We were also advised that at least one of the other units had “roof rats”. We found stains on the bedding (that came out when I washed them). And new this year was the policy of charging a resort fee of $25 per day, which we didn’t get advised about until we arrived to pick up the key code. Definitely won’t be staying at this resort again.

Stay in Siesta - Paradise

We had a great stay in Siesta at Jamaica Royale. The condo was extremely nice, clean and on the beach. It had everything we needed to have a great stay and the location by the beach was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place as you will not be disappointed!

not what we signed up for

Inside condo was nice and modern. Nice beach toys and chairs/wagon. No drapes or curtains in the master bedroom is a horrible idea. The lighting flash keep us up at night all week. No towel holders in the master bathroom. Screens for patio was broken. The washer machine and dryer was small but efficient. Need a better vacuum. 1 pool was broke and could not be used. Outside sewer drain broke and flooded the area and my vehicle up to the top of my tires. Handle ripped off the door to the stairwell. Fire alarm tripped for 30 minutes because the alarm guy did not tell anyone he was testing it. Contractor came into condo for an estimate during the week. Nosey area and could not use the balcony because of the dead fish smell from the red tide. Family coughed all week.
